Very professional never had such great care during the process and after care. It works so good on my pool I could never get above 88° now I'm at only 3° below the outside ambient temperature always. I've been trying to reach this company for several months because my system was leaking. It is still under warranty. After about 3 months I finally get through to them. They tell me they were going to bill me $97 to send somebody out to basically stick a irrigation plug in my leaky tube thus making that hole tube useless rather than couple it together. It's the equivalent to changing a light bulb and they wanted $97 even though it was covered by the warranty. I had them send me the materials and did it myself. They get one star because I can't leave no stars. The most unprofessional organization ever. Had an install scheduled. The morning of the install I phoned the office to see when they would show and I was told it was re-scheduled. They said they left a message weeks ago. It turns out they had a wrong number so I never got it. I can't believe they wouldn't want to speak to someone. How do they know I am available that day? I would not recommend this organization. We are considering canceling and getting our money back. Update: I have contacted the salesman three hours ago and he has not called me. (A week later still no call) I also called the corporate office with a complaint and they transferred me to the Las Vegas office. The office manager has not called me back. Poor customer service! 2nd Update: Once again dissapointed. We are canceling this install. After speaking with a manager about the scheduling issues we were told the salt system could be installed the same day. When the installers arrived they did not have the salt system parts. It turns out it is on back order. Why couldn't they have told me about the last week. Also, the salesman Ray Contractor is a crook. Do not trust anything he says. He told us they would install a drain to winterized part if the system. It wasn't put in the contract. (shame on me for not catching that) Ray also said the other part of the system would self drain. It turns out it will not because of the roof line. It costs $99 for them to come out to winterize the system. They are crooks! Now I fear it will be a fight to get my $2500 deposit back. I don't know if this is the fault of this company or HomeAdvisor but I had an appointment confirmed from HomeAdvisor via email for a quote today at 11:00. I canceled my plans but this one was a no show. Helicol says I didn't have an appointment. HomeAdvisor said they couldn't reach the contractor so canceled my appointment without telling me. I will never use HomeAdvisor again. And I won't use Helicol West. read more

We met with Ray the Heliocol Representative 2 years ago to discuss Solar Pool Heating and making the most out of our back yard. We spent the last 2 years only getting 3 months of swimming out of our pool it was way too cold and the temperature was too hot, so we finally decided this year in March to go ahead with the Heliocol and convert our Back Yard and make the most out of our living space. We installed Pool Solar a Salt System and the High Pressure Misting for our backyard. We had no idea how much the quality of our life's would improve!!! We had a swim Birthday Party for our son in the middle of April, the pool was warm and everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves. The salt system was incredible we came out of the pool our skin was soft and not itchy and scratchy and no more red Chlorine eyes. We never get green algae and the pool is always automatically chemically balanced. The High Pressure Misting System was amazing, we had it installed around our patio, cabana and the pool water fall. Its over 100 degrees outside and we are Sitting on our patio feeling very cool, watching our kids swim. We can BBQ in the middle of the day and not feel the intense heat. At night the misting and fogging looks like we are at a resort. My whole family has a great new attitude on life. We have our own Tropical Oasis Vacation Spot. Zero.zero Took over two months to perform warranty service on Fafco panels with a string of reschedules and one site visit with the wrong parts. All of this was with no contact to the owner (me). When they finally did show up, they left with two large leaks still in the system. Stay away. read more

TRIPLE ZERO! We purchased Helicol Sun X Heat Pump in 2013 for my wife who needs to do the Aqua Therapy in the pool for her damaged knee. It was a lot of investment. When the pump went down we called the Company. Do you know what they told us? We did not believe our ear! They replied that they did not do any after sale service! They said, call manufacturer to have a repair service! This Company policy seems to be that once it's sold and cash the money, the rest of problems is yours. I do not recommend all to anyone to deal with this Company. It will cost you a heck of time, frustrations and money. read more

I filled out the online website form a couple of weeks ago to receive a quote from Heliocol in Las Vegas, NV. After waiting a couple of days and having no one reach out I called and left a couple of messages over the course of a couple of days. No one bothered to return my phone call. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone she had no idea what she was doing, was brand new, and wasnt even listening to anything I was saying. I asked to speak to a manager at which point "Melody" got on the phone. She apologized for my experience and set me up with an appointment for 4/15 @330. No one called or showed up. I called into complain and the person who answered the phone was beyond rude. I asked to speak to a manager and "Melody" apologized again and said maybe the rep was running behind. At this point I explained to her I felt they didnt care about customer service and an apology no longer fixes things. After hearing that she claimed I was "harrassing" them and referred me to Celestial solar! read more
