One of my favorite places in the Seattle area. You can bring your own food inside or order from one of the daily rotating food trucks out front. Dogs are allowed inside and outside. Large seating areas on main floor and top floor. Such an incredible spot to take friends and family.

Hellbent has been one of my go-to local brew pubs for a number of years. They offer no food, but they have great food trucks that frequent the establishment, and they have excellent brews of their own making. They have a lot of big screens spread throughout the upstairs and downstairs, showing all manner of games, so you're sure to find what you want to watch. It can get really noisy and crowded on occasion, especially on weekend evenings. Their parking lot is tiny, but you can usually find additional parking on Lake City Way in front of and north of the brewery. There's also a small amount of parking on 133rd (to the north), a short walk from the brewery. Staff is good-natured, helpful and responsive.

Loved the vibes and friendliness of the staff! Super sweet that food trucks come in addition to any outside and dogs allowed. Even if food trucks are not present, there are a few spots for food within a 2-3 minute walk nearby. There is ample space to park and hangout outside or inside. Excellent spot to grab some beers and play some board games!

Came here today after it had been quite a few years since my last visit, and it was great. Not a huge crowd which is always a perk because it feels like you have the place to yourself. I enjoyed several samplers and loved them all! Ha! My favorite is the Pineapple Dang, super yummy and tasty.

We drive by here often and always talk about stopping in but haven't done so yet. We also have read on the outside reader board that the place is dog-friendly and we usually didn't have our dog with us. Tonight was different. We had the dog, time and were going to pass this place on the way home after a day on Vashon. We parked in the lot and saw the Buddah Bruddah Food Truck outside. We'd been wanting to try this food for a bit so we were happy about that. We went inside at the bar and I ordered a Hellbent Pilsner Pint and my wife noticed there is an upstairs area that was well laid out. This was Friday and the place was pretty full so we grabbed the last 2 seats upstairs and my wife went to order from the food truck. Unfortunately, the food truck closed up at 8 pm. She walked up to it 5 minutes too late and we were out of luck. I'd love to see multiple food trucks here like Cairn Brewery frequently has up in Kenmore or at least have the one here open later. Inside, there were dogs all over the place and on leashes and they were very well behaved. One guy even had an orange tabby cat on his shoulders that was super friendly. I enjoyed my pilsner and our dog got see other dogs here. The place has a really cool and friendly vibe. The bartenders were super nice and attentive. The other customers we spoke with here were friendly and very nice. We really like this place and will return. The outdoor area looks great for the summer months as it will really open up the seating options. Thanks Hellbent!

What an amazing brewery. We stopped by with our friends here and they have a lovely setup. If you want to just grab a beer and chill stay on the lower level and if you want to play board games or pool or just hang out go up the stairs. They have a great tap selection. We ordered their Vienna Lager and Nitro Coffee Porter and they were delicious. They usually have a good food truck schedule but you are free to bring in your own food as well. They are dog friendly, service is quick and its a great space to hang out with friends. Cant wait to be back here.

This place is awesome. Great beer and ciders. Great vibes. There's an outdoor and upstairs area. The upstairs area has pool, video games, board games, books, and pinball machine. You need quarters to use them but there is a quarter machine upstairs. Plenty of parking. They also close pretty late on weekends which is nice. The staff are very nice and generous here.

Rotating food trucks, ample indoor AND outdoor seating, dogs allowed, and a huge drink selection - I would consider this place a win! We did have to wait ~15 min on a Friday evening (~5:40pm) but that should be expected most places when the sun is out! Buddha Bruddah was a fantastic food truck with so many options, making it one of my favorite trucks to see now! Only downsides are the limited parking lot spaces and waiting in line for drinks (since they do have a large capacity to get through). I don't think these are dealbreakers though since you can lounge around and watch the line before going up.

What a hidden gem! Dog friendly, food truck on site and phenomenal beer! We did 2 flights and liked all of the IPAs we tried, the stand out was sunshine hazy pale IPA, and the Dang (which we knew we'd love) Everyone was really helpful. The team was constantly cleaning. The rest of the patrons were really relaxed and friendly, and it was great to see people playing games!

Cool place to hangout. Grab some drinks, talk, watch the game or play pool or even bring your laptop and do some work. They provide guest wifi. Upper level has pinball machines and pool tables. I really like the coffee cream ale.

Hellbent has been a neighborhood staple for us since its inception. We love the space, variety of beer, their parade of food trucks, and dog-friendliness. They expressed their kindness by sheltering a number of dogs when the neighboring Dog Resort suffered a fire. We hosted our wedding welcome party in the upstairs loft and our guests had an excellent time. Special shout-outs to David for facilitating, and the beer-tenders serving on June 2nd who handled our steady stream of guests and were very friendly to them! We'll see you again soon.

What they're known for is their Thai Sesame ribs. Well, at least the sauce on these were decent. Unfortunately, the meat was bone-dry. It was tough, chewy, and a slog to get through. Ribs are supposed to have enough fat. I don't know what went wrong here, but if that's what they're known for, that's not a good sign. The only good food item was the pub wings. These actually had a good buffalo sauce, and the meat was relatively juicy. The cheese curds were not cheese curds. They were ball-shaped mozzarella sticks. There's a difference. The tots were at least fine. Although lacking some crispiness Pretty much all the appetizers here are over $15 - so the only kind of good value is the tots for how much you get. Overall, you're going to need to buy a lot of drinks to get over how below-average the food is. 3/10

By the time we had dinner, although hungry, it was past 8 and we needed to eat a little lighter and mostly had apps, so not sure how light that meal really was. Everyone enjoyed their dish. Because it was a bit cold, my younger sister got the fried chicken ramen. Fried chicken was not chicken katsu but fried chicken. The chicken was a bit salty while the ramen had a good amount of spice to it. Ramen broth was really good, especially on a cold night for me being from Hawaii. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cheese perogies. I enjoy perogies and haven't had any while on this trip to Seattle so a bit of a bummer. It was more like cheese ravioli. However best part of dinner was having the family together. And we ended the night on a good note. And the staff, so sweet. We appreciate you all for accommodating our family. These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. Solid beer selection with rotating drafts, and if you're a soda guy, they use all Seattle Soda Company flavors (supporting local business). Had the brisket dinner tonight and that was a very pleasant surprise. Fall apart tender, amazing rich flavor, decadent sauce, with creamy mash. The seasonal veg was brussells sprouts which could have been roasted a bit more to crispy for me but that's a personal preference. This is way more satisfying than the food you'd get at your typical local bar. I've been to The Bridge a half dozen times and every time has delivered. Solid food. Good service. Great outdoor patio. Neighborhood vibes - the type of place where the bartenders know and recognize the locals, and the locals are regulars. I like that. It's a welcoming place, casual, laid back, and though I haven't been there during too many sports games, even when it's on, it doesn't seem to get too rowdy. Brunch is a must do, with options like the Benny flight. Definitely one of the less known brunch spots in my opinion, but even so, can still get busy so go early. Only reason I've done 4 stars is I've had a few times where service was a little slow. Would absolutely return again and again and have recommended to many friends. Keep up the great work team, may you be successful for many years to come.

I made a reservation ahead of time, but when we got there around 8 pm we realized we probably didn't need one because it was seat yourself and still pretty open. No complaints though, it made it easy to grab a table and settle in. The vibe was cool. Definitely a sports bar feel with TVs around, and as the night went on the DJ started getting set up which I can imagine makes it a fun spot on a Friday night for people meeting up after work or hanging out with friends. We decided to share a few things so we could try a little bit of everything. We ordered the catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the positives because the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Food-wise, it just didn't totally hit for me. The catfish bites had a really tasty batter, but the texture threw me off a little. I personally like my catfish cooked a little harder, and these were a bit soft for my liking. The lemon pepper wings were a little too salty for me, and the wings themselves weren't cooked quite the way I like them. I tend to like my wings cooked a little harder, so these felt a bit soft and bulky to me (if that makes sense). The garlic parmesan wings were okay flavor-wise, but still similar in texture. The macaroni and cheese was okay. Nothing bad, just pretty standard. The menu itself has a good mix of comfort food and bar favorites like chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, burger & fries....so there are definitely options to try. Overall, the service were great, the vibe was cool and I can definitely see this being a fun spot once the DJ gets going and the place fills up. The food just didn't quite land for me personally this time. I gave it 3 stars, but if Yelp allowed half stars it would probably be closer to a 3.5 for me. I'd still be open to coming back and trying a few other things on the menu.
