I need to attend regular appointments on the 2nd floor of the building at 15000 7th St Suite 202E & 208E, Victorville, CA 92395. The elevator has not been working. Not only is this not ADA compliant, but also puts handicapped clientele like me at risk, as well as not ADA compliant. It is super difficult, painful and very dangerous fir me and other customers. This company is TERRIBLE. Me and my mother turned in an application three weeks weeks ago and was given the run around about the approval process. The property manager says she is in charge of 70 properties...she is in desperate need of an assistant. Her name is Guadalupe Astorga. If you come in contact with this company (also known as Arriba Rentals) steer clear! Her ability to remain professional is nonexistent. She NEVER answers her phone and when it gets to voicemail it is consistently full. I am days away from being out of my lease (which they were aware of) and was told we didn't get the place, which is fine, however we were waiting THREE weeks for this information. During this time Guadalupe kept saying she couldn't get the keys to view the home then come to find out she didn't turn in our application until late last week. Who runs a business this way?? I've rented from various companies before and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Her office is in a rundown building where it's literally just her in a room she converted into an office. It's a fantastic thing that we have somewhere else to move, otherwise we'd be homeless dealing with this business. I truly wish I could give them a negative star. read more
