Located in The Streets of Tanasbourne, a nice little plaza, is Hellfired Pizza. Despite the name, they offer a plethora of food items and drinks including alcohol buckets. We placed an online order and went to pick it up. Service was fast and attentive. Solid amount of parking nearby in the plaza, but mainly on the side streets. Easy to park but not really a parking lot situation. Crispy Man Burger - was expecting a little more meat with two patties but they smashed them pretty thin and crispy. Great texture, just small volume. Bacon and crispy onions added even more texture to enhance every bite. Swapped fries for tots and they're basic as expected, but hit the spot. Definitely impressed with the burger though maybe slightly pricey. read more

Today was a beautiful day to eat outside so we opted to give this pizza place a try! They probably should refinish their tables outside as they are quite rusty. Other than that, patio area is lovely. Pizza crust was light and crispy - just how I like it. Hubby thought it was "nothing spectacular" but I personally thought the hellfired pizza was delicious! Overall worth four stars. read more

The margarita pizza was basic, good but basic. The buckets are the reason why I love this place. I ordered island in the sun and let me tell you, I felt the buzz after couple of sips. I can't wait to try all of the buckets on the menu. Service was amazing. Our server was super friendly and attentive. We went on a Tuesday so it wasn't busy at all. They renamed the restaurant from "the rock" to Hellfired pizza but everything is still the same. I love the dark feel to it. It's hard to believe a pizza this basic didn't come from a school cafeteria. At least a cafeteria wouldn't charge a ridiculous $44 for 1 small, 1 medium(cheese), and 1 drink! Do yourself a favor and spend $6 or less on any frozen pizza at the grocery store. And who in the Hellfire thought it was a good idea to use an actual DUMPSTER for a side station? Seriously, you could drive from Tannasbourne to 15 different east side pizza shops, get a pie made with love and inspiration plus desert and gas for less than one medium bland, cheese pie at this place. read more

Great place for late night eats. Nice budget friendly lunch specials. Cool bar area with a great variety of fun drinks. We descended on the bar area with over 20 people on a party bus and the bartender handled it like a champ! The manager I spoke with prior to my birthday bus party took down all the info but somehow it didn't get over to the bartender. I went with my boyfriend's family and they really like this place! The calamari was really delicious. The breading was 5/5 and I always love when the calamari is in rings and tentacles rather than strips. The sauces were so good paired with the calamari too. We agreed that the pizza was a bit flimsy and soggy on the bottom. The toppings were still delicious though and the pizza was really filling. Gathered with family and friends at Hellfired pizza - appetizers (calamari), pizzas (Everything Minus Meats, Aloha Hawaii & Hellfired), fried chicken sandwich and Creamy Cajun Pasta without Italian sausage (seemed out of place), were delicious. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Decor is unique, kind of steampunk - the space is very large with roomy booths (for six of us). Lastly, the bucket drinks are delicious, a bit too much ice, but still tasty and my daughter loved her two old fashioned drinks. P.S. - lot's of TVs for sports watching, too. read more

Love that this place opened back up. Started coming here a lot when it was called The Rock. Enjoyed the ambiance and food. They closed for a little while and reopened as Hellfired Pizza. The menu went largely unchanged, some of the names were updated but the food remained the same. We always find ourselves sitting at the bar which has always given us great service. read more

Well, anyone hoping that this would be an improvement on The Rock's low-expectation, Oregon-mall take on "pizza"--which is a generous description of what they're serving here--can just go home disappointed and needlessly poorer. First off, I don't know why they kept the "fired" part of "The Rock Wood-Fired" name, since seemingly no flame ever reaches the spongy crust of these pies. Are you trying a sashimi approach to pizza that we aren't aware of? Some modestly warmed dough experiment that just piles the ingredients haphazardly and cooks until about 15 minutes before it's done? I get it: There are a lot of apartments around this area and not a whole lot of casual dining options for the bland palate. As 185th Street gets more fun and cosmopolitan, the frightened little Old Chicago and Chevy's gnomes get pushed further down Cornell to the various malls. And once you've had your fill of the interchangeably English and Irish (because when hasn't that worked out?) Thirsty Lion) and lost the novelty of a peanut butter-slathered Killer Burger, it's either this or Potbelly. But when you grew up on pizza in a high desert mall or learned to drink beer at Applebee's, your standards accept whatever the big-box eatery throws at you. I feel genuinely bad for this place's captive audience of hospital visitors who didn't ask for any of this, but people who bypass one of the best strips of Korean, Chinese and South Asian restaurants in Oregon to eat a version of pizza a toddler serves their begrudging parent deserved this low a bar. read more

I love this place. It's like childhood at my dad's if it turned into a restaurant. We come here all the time! We were sad when The Rock Woodfire Pizza was suddenly closed but when we found out it was only to rebrand, we were stoked. An understatement really of our excitement tbh. The service is usually good, we have a few favorites but overall, it's good! I'm glad they've reopened so I can bring my dad here when he visits from out of state. I know he will absolutely love it. I went in at 5:45 on a Monday, it also happened ed to be Presidents' Day. I hadn't been in since it opened and had a rough day and decided to try something new. The Spicy Pineapple Margarita was good, tart and not too spicy. The Hot Honey chicken sandwich I got was tasty with a nice bumping piece of chicken but be warned! The most sloppy pizza I've ever seen. I got the Medium Throw It All on There and all the toppings looked like they'd literally just been thrown on there. The food here has changed its still very yummy but what makes it for us is the service. We have had an awful crazy year and haven't been back in awhile. Our son has leukemia and we haven't been able to go out to eat a lot for health reasons. When we walked in we were created with a big smile from Brittany. She remembered us. My husband and I liked her so much that he tried to take her to his restaurant when he ran one locally. She's a gem and we always hope we get her anytime we go in! Oh I hoped so bad this would be close to The Rock, and it so sadly is not. An appetizer wings went to waste when they smelled and tasted extremely metallic? I have never sent food back but had to just to get the smell away. Agree with other reviews pizza toppings are undercooked, I guess you can ask for it to be well done just for it to be regular.
