Super Fruit 4 Season Oolong Tea & Blueberry NY cheesecake Crepe So good!!
    Sophia H.

The owner is so kind! I love their seasonal oolong tea--it has a bunch of fruits in it that I like to snack on. This is my favorite shop for boba tea, just don't forget to ask for less sweetener :) Their crepes are so delicious too (better than the French market creperie in my opinion )

I stopped by this tea shop on a whim, mostly because my teenage daughter insisted--"Boba is life," after all. I was just expecting a quick grab-and-go drink, but we were pleasantly (and I mean pleasantly) surprised. Not only did they have a wide selection of tasty bubble teas, but they also offered savory crepes--served in the cutest cone, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care. You can actually taste the love in every bite. The flavor combos were thoughtful and unique, and the presentation made it all feel special. If you're thinking of stopping in just for a drink, do yourself a favor and try the food too. It's a cozy little spot that feels both fun and intentional. Highly recommend for a casual treat, a quick bite, or a place to sit and sip something sweet with someone you love. Ps: the hospitality was incredibly noteworthy too! Such a kind and warm encounter!

Our family was in Knoxville on Spring break. My kids saw this Boba Tea House and really looked interesting with good reviews. The place was busy in a pedestrian friendly downtown. We ordered 4 different Boba Teas. It took a bit to make but well worth the wait. Each tall boba Tea was sealed at top making it spill proof also. They were all delicious and we all tried each other's Teas. The lace is small but very inviting and busy. Highly recommend and in my opinion the best Boba teas I've tasted of all places I've ever tried. Look at the pictures and you be the judge.

This place offers not only tea-based drinks but crepes. There are a lot of places to get crepes in Knoxville, actually, from French to Jewish cafes that I know of, and I recommend trying all of the crepes, but the one I got here was a winner. Called a strawberry banana crepe, it had little chocolate crunchies, some crushed pistachio, and a thick cream as well. Delicious stuff. The tea I got was fine-nothing wildly special but it delivered the bitterness I asked of it to contrast the sweet crepe. The people there were very friendly, and the cafe had a variety of uplifting quotations posted and a nice downtown location. And there's no reason not to come.

I always get their super fruit tea. Yesterday was the first time I had time to eat there. Awesome sandwich!!! I'll be finishing up my appointment early next week just so I have time to eat at Happy Tea!! Service is always great as well!

Went yesterday and their service is really quick, it's the best boba place I've tried so far in Knoxville. The place is family owned and the staff are really friendly. Tastes better than any other boba place I've been to, I usually don't order tapioca pearls, but their pearls are so chewy. The place is clean, great place to take pictures, and overall feels very friendly!

This was my first visit to Hello Tea House and it didn't disappoint. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food was so delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. I loved the music playing in the background. The only bad part was that all the food and drinks looked so good that it was hard to choose but I just know whatever you choose will be so tasty! I will definitely make sure to stop every time I'm in town.

If you are walking around downtown Hello Tea House is well worth the walk down Gay St! Our boys love to sit in the window and watch for the trolley to pass by and love the strawberry fruit tea slush, The owners are so very kind and the teas always taste so fresh. It is by far our favorite boba tea spot in Knoxville!

Wow! This was amazing! Fresh and so filling! Chicken with bbq sauce is what I got but the crab one was great too! Definitely will be back!

They do and they are delicious... served with peanuts sauce, of course From the moment we walked in the energy, vibe and passion was apparent!! Our server was Tre... He asked us if we had eaten there before which we told him we had not so he took the time and explained the menu the food and also his favorite pics. He explained grandma's sauces and gave us a great education on the type of food that we would be ordering! After the spring rolls, my husband ordered the dinner portion of grilled pork chops. BIINGMOO and I ordered PAD KEE MAO.... This is wide noodles in an amazing sauce and you have your choice of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu to be added. I chose beef......Tre brought three little dishes to sample three at grandma's sauces which all had amazing flavors with a little bit of heat... our meals were brought to us and of course we tasted each other's meals and we're amazed at the freshness, flavor and the size. Oh my goodness this is a place that if you enjoy fresh food with an Asian twist, you need to try it. Grandma sauces can be purchased as they are bottled for sale as well. Service was wonderful to go food going out the door was nonstop. And we were lucky enough to sit at the far back of the restaurant next to the kitchen, so we got to watch all of the different platings coming out.... And we just need to start at the top of the menu and work our way down because everything looks wonderful. Happy people, happy servers, great vibe. There is a bar off to the side, which basically was full the entire time we were there. Really a very nice experience five stars and two thumbs up!!!!

My mom said Asia Kitchen is the best Chinese in the city now. Unfortunately if that is correct, then it makes me very sad. I have eaten at "Real" Chinese restaurants before and this is not close imo. I got Szechuan Beef...this is supposed to be a very spicy dish. My order was not spicy at all...not saying it was bland, but it didn't have the "kick" I was expecting. My mom shared a whole steamed fish with her friends. They did enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. I have decided to bump my rating up to four stars because of the wonton/egg drop soup. I didn't even realize this was a thing. We got one large serving and it was plenty for the table. Finally the reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the table service. The others brought wine , but i ordered a Diet Coke when we were seated. Unfortunately it never arrived...our server acknowledged my order, but I guess she forgot during the dinner rush. I did have water so I didn't complain. Overall dinner was ok...it was very nice that we were allowed to take our time.

This shop has all the window dressing of a good boba spot, but did not deliver for the two drinks I tried. Firstly, look up the menu ahead of time. There are a lot of choices. Some, not usual for most boba places. (Oreo, as a topping option for all drinks) Knew I wanted a Thai tea. Asked the counter person to recommend some other popular drinks. Should have specified something different from the milk based Thai tea. Oreo shake was the one suggestion. My interaction wasn't the best. Counter person looked slightly upset I asked for recommendations, even after hearing it was my first time there. Went with a honey dew option. My Thai tea had almost no flavor. At least not the flavor I was looking for. It was creamy and sweet. My Honeydew smoothie/slushy. Creamy and sweet. Boba was fresh. Didn't finish either. There were a lot of food options. Didn't try, but they looked good. Atmosphere is a little loud, would make it hard to catch up with a friend.

After deciding not to wait longer than 2.5 hours for a rain delay at the relatively nearby baseball stadium we launched plan B and headed here for a sweet treat. I'm not sure who enjoyed the ice cream more, the 4 children or 6 adults. Everyone was too busy eating to stop and chat. When you first walk into Cruze Farm the line you see may seem daunting but it moves very quickly with orders being taken but one set of people and filled by another. Some flavors remain constant while others vary. Lavendar honey which is a favorite was not on the menu this visit so I went with blueberry. Some in our party got twists, cups, cones, sprinkles. The vaulted ceilings, vintage wagons, wooden barrels, farmhouse décor, merchandise, and nostalgic Americana theme make it feel wholesome, welcoming, and full of character. It's the perfect escape from the Tennessee heat and humidity. The ice cream is what truly sets Cruz Farm apart. I ordered the Sweet Cream and Strawberry twist, and it was outstanding. You can actually taste the freshness of the dairy. It's rich, creamy, and authentic--not overly sweet or loaded with the artificial flavors and preservatives that so many soft-serve places rely on. They also make the experience fun by constantly rotating flavors. During my visit they were celebrating Christmas in July with treats like Candy Cane, Sugar Cookie Dough, Peppermint-inspired churns, Birthday Cake Churn, Brownie Fudge Ripple Churn, and more. There are plenty of seasonal options, plus delicious dairy-free choices as well. Everything about Cruz Farm feels intentional--from the spotless interior and friendly atmosphere to the fresh local dairy they proudly serve. It's nostalgic without feeling outdated and modern without losing its charm. Whether you're craving classic soft serve, a thick churn, or just looking for a place to cool off and relax, Cruz Farm is absolutely worth the visit. It's one of those places that leaves you smiling long after you've finished your ice cream, and it's easily one of the best dessert spots in Knoxville.
