I paid $6,200 for them to remove existing wall mounted 55 inch plasma that died and an Apple TV,…read morewith a New 64 inch Sony TV. They also reprogrammed my universal remote and hooked it up to my older Yamaha receiver and DVD player in my stack. They did add some switches to adapt. It did not function well, and they sent Dustin out who then re reprogrammed the setup. 1 1/2 years later the TV went blank. I called and it took 2 weeks to send someone out.He got the TV to view again but after leaving the TV Popped and sparked. I Texted the office -did not work as not a cell # I was told. Emailed the listed E mail address on their web page 0 response . After a third message an owner called and asked numerous questions on how loud is the pop, what exactly is the flash. I said I would monitor to see how often it did this . No call back. My daugher googled the problem and yes fixed it with Duct tape. The owner sends a bill a month and half later for $235 for not fixing their installed equipment. I offered $125, and he argued that I should have called and wanted his $235. He said I was lucky he didn't also charge me for the phone call asking about the popping and flashing. I paid the full $235. Now my other device -DVD doesn't show any video. I emailed Dustin and explained another blank screen. I got no reply. I got someone else to fix the second problem. I guess they figured they got their $6435 and don't care about after install problems. I would definitely not recommend Digital Horizons.

The return trip is when Chris really shines. He had specific, well thought out ideas for the areas we had looked at, and even some areas he thought of on his own. No high pressure sales, just good honest advice, high quality equipment, and good old fashioned business. Ultimately, because we are leasing the space we didn't purchase, but this will be our first call next summer when we build our new space.

See the link below for what Lelch feels is $1,000 worth of work…read more My basement already has Cat-5 wired throughout it and I wanted it to be connected to the internet. The rep showed up and looked at the jacks in the walls, saw them going into the utility room (into an outdated cat-5 switch) and determined that another rep should come out to "set it all up". I then get an email with a bid of $675 and although I felt that was high, I told them to go ahead. Another rep came out, cut off the ends of the already wired cat-5 cords, put ends on them, put them into a switch, and placed them in what I was told as a "compact" box that would make it look nice. They then tested the connections and were on their way. The next day I get a bill for $980 and come to find out every visit, regardless of work, starts at $150 and for that first "consolation" (which was the tech and I speaking for 45 minutes and the rep offering to put two covers on two outlets) costed me $335. Well that was news to me and I was not once told anything about that. The actual box that is supposed to make this whole project, "look nice" is huge, unnecessary, and actually makes it look worse. Then the rep just puts the modem on top, leaves all the old stuff still on the wall, and was done. If you feel that the value added work of testing the cat-5 connections already in the house, cutting the ends off of the preinstalled cat-5 cords, putting ends on them, plugging them into a switch, and then placing the switch into a huge unnecessary box is worth $1,000 to you, then you will get what you paid for. My installation experience, product experience (excluding the Control 4 remote), and suppprt/help…read morefollowing the installation have been solid from the entire Lelch team. To be candid, the Control 4 experience is hands down the single component preventing me from giving five stars. The experience with this device has been a challenge. I would highly recommend Lelch for their customer first approach. I would urge you to consider what exactly you're looking for out of a universal system and evaluate whether the Control 4 unit is best for your needs and design.
