Chris immediately put me at ease. Not knowing how Rush would end, he walked me through plan A, plan B and plan "call me anytime, as much as you'd like, to ask questions or make changes". I wrote out my card and originally scheduled it to deliver to her dorm, however as the Rush week continued and I was confident she'd be in a house, I called and had it changed to her sorority. Easy change! She got the flowers on Bid Day at her sorority and she texted me right away. She loves them and they are a beautiful shade of pink, all very classy and elegant selections! I thought they would have prepared bouquets. Nope. They said, "give us 20 minutes." We wandered around the shop looking at the fun gift items. My husband found a WSU tie, I found the PERFECT graduation card for my niece. Within 10 minutes the bouquet was done. BEAUTIFUL roses , other blooms and greens with a WSU ribbon. It came in a lovely vase and they even gave us the black bucket so we could transport it easily back home, all under $80. On top of that we asked if they sold clear stadium bags (required for the graduation ceremony), they did not. One of the employees said "Oh, I have a couple in my car." She went out to her car and brought me a WSU Alumni stadium bag, no charge! I will give them all of my gift and floral business whenever I am in Pullman. Thanks Neill's!
