I went and received a singles massage but inquired about a couples massage. The pricing is cheaper to book 2 singles then a couples massage. 75 minute massage is $100 and a couples is 250. Service is great but the prices is something different. read more

I discovered Helping Hands Massage Therapy by accident when I was driving down Rt 250. When I got home I checked out their website and scheduled my first 45 min. massage with Jamal. I went in because I had upper neck and shoulder tension. I was so impressed by the results that I have been back twice since then. It's so convenient to make your appointments on-line and their massage packages are definitely a great deal. Very good massage! He had the amount of pressure that I like and could easily customize the massage to my requests. This place is a little too expensive for me, so I may not return, but I would definitely recommend it if it's within your budget! read more

Excellent knowledge of the human body! I went here because I could get in on a Sunday. The Saturday before I had driven too much and aggravated my sciatic nerve or IT band. Helping Hands was there for me. I went several more times over the next few weeks and each time Helping Hands understood my physical condition and helped to make it better each time. His knowledge of the human body, muscular and otherwise is fantastic. There was additional helpful suggestions of exercises or stretches that I could do on my own that help me to get back to normal sooner than expected. read more

I first went to Jamel at Helping Hands Massage Therapy when I had pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder region. I monitor multiple computer screens at various heights at work, so I knew if I didn't get the muscle worked on, I'd be miserable. I found Helping Hands Massage Therapy through some online searches, called Jamel, and he was able to see me last minute. I was semi-nervous as I had been rushed in finding someone, but the atmosphere that he provides calmed my nerves, and I was able to relax while he worked on my issue. Fast forward some months, and I've been going on a regular basis of once to twice a month. From his skills as a massage therapist, ranging between his knowledge of massage techniques and his knowledge of the human body, to his skills as a professional who has adapted to modern day technologies like online scheduling, social media, and PayPal, Jamel has made every visit to Helping Hands Massage Therapy a fantastic and pleasant experience, and it has become a regular part of my routine that I hope to maintain for a long time to come. read more

It was a truly different and relaxing experience. Afterward we both agreed 1 hour would have been sufficient. We both got bored in the last 30 minutes. It would have been great if we could have fallen asleep but neither of us did. I chose total darkness for myself but with music. The Epsom salts in the water make it impossible to sink. If you are claustrophobic I would recommend you skip it as you are enclosed in a pod. You shower first then enter the pod then shower again after. It was a wonderful experience but for me in future I think I would choose an hour massage over it. Though they say you will feel the benefits of magnesium absorption over the week to come. I will happily come to try different experiences here they were wonderful.

I was 30 minutes early but still waited an additional 40 minutes. Other customers were left unattended in the spa chair. One sweet lady had waited so long she threatened to leave AND had been phoned to come in AND the tech who phoned her did not remember calling her! I didn't see any licenses on display - a mechanic could have been doing my service. It certainly felt that way. Numerous times I had to ask my tech to be more careful. I have NEVER had a pedi that left my toes painful to the touch. I have one finger that is so sore under my nail because the tech cleaned under the nail not paying attention to the tool she grabbed. She said she's been there 3+ years? How? Zero time management. The plate of food was a nice touch, but I'd trade that for a more professionally ran spa. No tub liners were used, my tools were not opened in front of me - I'm not even sure they were sterilized. The salon wasn't dirty, but it did look cluttered, messy, and disorganized. TS was my fourth nail salon to try in Fairmont. The previous three were just as bad or worse. I was told TS was the best in Fairmont. I hope not, or I'll be trying salons in a whole different city. The tech did do a good job. I mean, my nails look nice. But the entire experience was not worth $100+. Honestly. My appt was at 1:45. I didn't leave until close to 5. My entire afternoon was shot. I will not be going back to the nail salon.

Idk what happened but from the moment I walked in, until I left I was so nice and I continued to receive horrible treatment. Once it was time to pay, she charged me 85 for my nails and 65 for my toes. AFTER she confirmed it was 45 and 55. I didn't want to argue so I paid and left and when I left a smaller tip (8$) she said "you can go and have a nice day now" and pointed me out the door. I'm not even angry. I was so heartbroken from this experience and I was really looking forward to this. Zero stars if I could give it.
