My PT determined my knee issue was likely caused by my tight hip flexors. She treated both knees (even though my script was only for one knee-I did have pain in both) and my hip flexors. She taught me exercises and stretches, too. The dry needling is a life saver. I went from not being able to squat down to get something from a cabinet to being able to do all the things like normal! I was diagnosed with three herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. I had to give up all of my active hobbies and switch jobs, and my physical and mental health suffered. After spinal steroid injections, surgical consultations, PT, acupuncture, massage, yoga, etc., my osteopath recommended I try one more round of PT before surgery. I am so thankful I chose Move Right and Dr. Jason!! After 20 visits I am in better shape and my pain is more manageable than at any time in the last four years. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Mary who was very kind and interested in what I wanted to have done with my hair. Then Heather walked up. I should have run on first sight. She was so completely disheveled, hair all over the place and wearing an apron covered with color stains. I used to be a salon receptionist, and the ladies at that salon did colors and worked with chemicals all day, and they never wore stained aprons. I went back and sat in her chair and proceeded to tell her the issues I had with my curly hair. I told her what worked and what didn't on my type of hair. I explained my issues in detail, and showed her a pic I was interested in. She said it wouldn't work. That was fine. I figured she was the pro and showed her a different pic that she said definitely would work. She began cutting and said she was going to leave my front longer which was not how the picture looked. I told her I'd had that cut in the past and it didn't work for me. She then said she'd just leave it a little longer. I now have the WORST haircut I've ever had in my entire life. There is no way to wear it that it looks good and I am completely embarrassed. I can't leave it curly because it has horribly uneven layers, and I can't straighten it because in cutting the front longer, she left one side obviously longer than the other, and it looks like a huge chunk was lopped off the back of my hair. I was so upset I asked for a refund. My money was refunded but not without Heather messaging me AND my daughter saying how embarrassed she was because I complained. I can guarantee you she isn't half as embarrassed as I am having to go out with this horrible cut until I can have it fixed. The messaging to me and my daughter was also highly unprofessional. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Dermatology Center for Skin Health. The level…read moreof disorganization, incorrect interpretation of test results (was told that I had Lupus which wasn't accurate after my new dermatologist reviewed the same test results), lack of communication, and overall, toward patient concerns was unacceptable. No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking competent or attentive dermatological care.
