SilverGym has a 10 euro one day pass, which totally worked out for me: gym is well-equipped and staff was super friendly. The sauna space is great and I had a great chat with some gym regulars there who showed me that it's TOTALLY OKAY TO THROW WATER ON THE SAUNA ROCKS (why are we so behind, US???). In short, if you're in town and need a gym for a day, this is totally a good bet.
