This is a new handbag and accessory store in Dordrecht, not far from the train station. They have…read moremostly handbags and wallets, and a wide range from a bit dowdy to extremely trendy. The prices are all very reasonable - think 20-45 euros. There were both older and younger women in there buying things. They also have a number of scarves for 10 euros each. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We bought quite a bit and they let us leave our bags in the store while we went shopping elsewhere, and then we picked them up later.

I ordered a Pelikan pen on 06/04/22, and got an immediate email that the items are not in stock, which is fine at this moment. On 6/23, I emailed them to cancel my order if the pen is still out of stock. They emailed back the next day they would have other colors available early next week, and I agreed to wait. On 6/27, we agreed that I would swap to a green color pen from a red one, because the green will be available SOON. No news ever since, and I emailed them on 7/17 and 7/26 to cancel my order. No reply for either of my email. I went to check their website, and found out that their website showed a few colors of the pen I ordered were available including both red, the original color of my order, and green. I emailed again on 8/3. They finally replied on 8/5, and said my order will be shipped early next week. No news ever since. I emailed AGAIN on 8/22 and 8/26 to cancel the order. No reply. I tried to contact them through PayPal, still no reply. Finally I emailed on 8/29, and said I will sue them if no refund (I placed some orders of montblanc Pens in July. Stupid me...) They eventually replied telling me "Lawsuits can be filed with a Dutch judge, but it simply isn't necessary as we will cancel your orders." The orders were cancelled, but I never get my refund.

Dishonest online sales. Merchant lists pens that are not in stock, collects your money for the…read moresale, and provides no indication an item is out of stock until you reach out. After reaching over several weeks and repeatedly getting the runaround, I had to open a credit card dispute for a chargeback. I researched and found a very similar experience posted online from 2019, and that shopper said it happened to them more than once. This is not how we do business in America. Buyer beware. There are many many other fine pen stores to choose from that do business honestly.

Our guide, Kristina, took us past the old city center, the harbors and past the Grote Kerk. We ended at Hallo Dordrecht, which was one of the few shops open, and it had a nice variety of souvenirs, crafts, gifts and (thankfully) free restrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful.
