So when I did ask a question, they countered with yet another question for my question. Two people tried to sell me their membership after I'd already said no. They also have deceptive pricing so be careful ! What you see on the shelf labels is NOT the price you actually pay (much higher) . The shelf price only applies if you buy a membership. They don't tell you this until AFTER your credit card has been swiped in the machine. I didn't feel they'd be helpful about a refund or to cancel the order so I chalked it up as a lesson learned. Also, if you say no to their membership, they pretty much go back to what they were doing. One guy seemed almost scared of me, another never cracked a smile and the only woman in the place really didn't seem interested in you if you told her no to a membership and/or to check out the women's vitamins. He proceeded to tell me that I should just take it there cuz no one has ever had a bad reaction. I told him no AGAIN, that I know my body & I am one of those rare people who can have a bad reaction to anything. As I was TRYING to talk to him & get my questions answered, he kept walking away from the counter & talking to other people or was distracted by other things. I never got all my questions answered. He FINALLY gave me a sample to take home w/ me. Not only did that not help AT ALL w/ my pain but it sedated me, so it was a good thing I hadn't tried it there, cuz I would have been driving when that happened. That place is a joke & their products are WAAAAAAAAAY over priced anyway.
