I had a whole list of stuff to go over with him and he didn't rush me at all. He had great recommendations and options for me, whether they were a prescription or at-home solutions. I'm very happy with my decision to switch my primary care and will be a repeat patient.

I'm leery of prescription drugs that I'll have to take for the rest of my life and he's very good about that. He might gently suggest something but knows my attitude and he doesn't pressure me. There was no review of my diet, eating habits, suggestions of changes I can make other than "don't eat fries, choose the salad". I am more than disappointed, but rather disgusted with the lack of "medical" advice or plan I was felt I was supposed to receive. I completely agree with the review posted earlier this year, as I received no valuable insight or information for my health. I felt the Dr. had a canned speech he gave all patients, as some of the statements didn't even apply to me. I honestly wish there was a way I could get my money back that I spent on the "tests" which were NEVER reviewed with me by the doctor.

I do not think that they read or listened to my medical history. A lot of false accusations regarding my lifestyle and dietary habits. Displayed complete disregard as well as an obvious lack of knowledge of my upcoming surgical procedure. (which was the reason for the appointment) I left with no valuable insight or information for my health and felt shamed, gaslit, and both intellectually and emotionally devalued. When confronted by my surgeon's office, Hendrick's office manager called for a follow-up conversation. At the close of the call she concluded, "So we will just chalk this up to being a personality conflict." Update since that first visit in early Oct '22: Through guidance, support, and encouragement from my medical providers (all women btw), I have lost 25+ pounds.
