The young lady at the front desk went and asked Luka if he was available and he came down and let me know that he did have one appointment but was able to take me after. Luka drew up the design I asked for, a hawthorn, and we went over the sizing and what was the best fit and recommended the size we did to maintain the amount of detail to keep the piece legible. Luka was very respectful, he talked me through each step process and I asked to take a break I think about 4 times, 3-4 times, and they respected my request and was calm and professional throughout the whole process. Luka was very thorough and knowledgeable about the aftercare as well since the last 2 tattoo artists I've gone to never gave me any aftercare advice. I highly recommend the shop and I recommend Luka.

My hoop was a thin dainty 22 gauge and I wanted to keep it or something similar. I called several places but no one had anything that size. I walk into Forever Ink, entrance was in the back was immediately greeted and spoke to Malakai. He was so nice and took the time to explain everything to me. Malakai tried to taper the piercing so he wouldn't have to re-pierce it but it turns out a nostril piercing can close very quickly. Well, that went downhill faster than a fat kid on a snow tube. Bummer. Malakai was the best! He was very kind and took the time to explain everything. I appreciate his direct no non-sense approach. Piercings are wounds and wound care is not something to play around with. I for one want someone who is knowledgeable and takes the time to make me feel comfortable. I don't understand the bad reviews, I suppose he might come across a little rough around the edges, but it's obvious he is very caring and wants the customer to leave happy. Everything was sterile and clean. Everyone there was so nice and the shop just had a good vibe. Cash only but there is an ATM on site. Piercing was quick and price was very fair.
