Today I finally found that person! So I decided to go back to Mila today. When I arrived, I jokingly told Monica, the person who provided the service, that we needed to have a consultation (smiling, but serious) because I didn't want my eyebrows made thin or the tails cut off, because once it's gone, you can't get it back until it grows back and mine grows at a slow pace. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and we had a great conversation while she worked. She also threaded the sides of my face, and everything turned out beautifully.
