The menu has a typical German variety including some local fish dishes. Prices were a bit higher than expected but we have learned about a rebate for locals. Our waiter was a bit impolite when friends showed no interest in a 'house special'. He could have handled it more professional. Overall this restaurants top advantage is probably its location directly at the lake in the summer when the patio is open. In winter it is still good but not outstanding.

The menu is a little oldschool - they serve winter German staples even in the heat of summer - but quite yummy. Nothing terribly fancy about the duck or pork, but more than satisfactory and absurdly filling. The lung was a standout - surprisingly mild for the organ, but with plenty of character.

Very friendly service staff served me a coffee which I found much better than Starbucks coffee! I asked if they have newspapers and they immediately brought me one. Next time when I'm in Berlin I will sure pass by for lunch or diner.
