Which is health hazard and anyone with a brain managing a company would know not to do that. Heather said "I was expecting just a routine inspection of the pipes but somehow they had to burst. Why do you think that is?" even though that the pipes were built in early 1950s and we're made out of tar and newspaper, Heather said "it was our fault for the pipe bursting". One day while she had scheduled a routine inspection for the pipes they started digging in the basement and had Bursted a pipe, so Heather decided to blame us for it even though she had called the people that burst the pipe. We had to use a porta potty for almost a month, and they never changed it. They left us the same Porta potty for a long period of time. And unfortunately, it was starting to stink up the entire neighborhood and they still never changed it. During the inspection, Heather was extremely unprofessional and nasty. She was so nasty that standing next to her was very uncomfortable and even talking to her was very uncomfortable. While grabbing the keys and the code for the house, my father and I have been messaging Heather about the property just like questions About the amenities of the property. The first thing that she said to us when we arrived to get the code was "don't text me because my husband was getting worried". we were taken back by that comment. She was very strange and very unprofessional during this time. Becky had called me one day just to express her feelings about me and how I was the "worst attendant that they've ever had" and " a difficult tenant" even though I just spoke for the group instead of everyone barraging them with text messages why not just have one single person do it, and that would happen to be me. You know if they just managed the house and looked at it thoroughly time to time as the house was last repaired in the 50s then they wouldn't have these problems but these two ladies have zero experience in managing a house. There was three people living at that house me and my two roommates one of my roommates left to pursue a job in California which was a couple months before the lease ended. This roommate was from Nepal and never paid a security deposit or paid for water the year prior with his roommates, who lived at the house before us. He also never paid for a security deposit, which you were supposed to when you sign the lease, but he got out of that someway and didn't have to pay a dime. Heather was trying to skew our security deposits by only including me, and my roommate, who left the house, and not the Indian guy with no security deposit. And he was super good friends with the landlord, which is really creepy after finding out he didn't pay for shit. Heather had been complaining about ants and I was telling her that Orkin had told us to get ant traps, and that it would be better for the house if they were ant traps, and her response was "don't tell me how to do my job". This was extremely unprofessional, and I was taken back by her nastiness. in reality the house was pretty much crap. Everything in the house was uneven or put in incorrectly. The windows were placed unevenly so that there were holes and cracks for bugs easily get in. the trim on the floor and on the wall wasn't even placed correctly. so pests were easily able to get in whether we put traps down or not. even one of the ceiling fans was so close to the wall it could hit it. So we never used that ceiling fan. this house was poorly, taken care of by management and the landlord, and they don't not care at all. Don't ever rent from this management company because you'll regret it the week after you sign. DLK is better
