Our first sushi restaurant since recently arriving in Portugal from the U.S. and it was an awesome…read moreexperience. We really enjoyed our sushi and cocktails at Bafureira. We were impressed with the decor and ambiance, looking over the cliffs at Bafureira Beach. The restaurant was closing at 11pm and the staff accommodated our late arrival. The waitress spoke great English and the menu is available on the web in English as well. Having previously lived in Okinawa, Japan our sushi standards are high and Bafureira had very fresh selections and delicious rolls. A great wine list and crafted cocktails help complement the meal. Bafureira was definitely a great choice for sushi, ambiance and service!
