Oh Henry! Sorry for the pun, but Ms. Henry was even better than the candy bar, and the candy bar is already awesome! Let me tell you a little bit about my year long journey and how beneficial it was to me that I ended up with Ms. Henry as my legal representation. I had sought another legal company (as I was new to this and never been charged or convicted of a crime before); it was a very serious charge - first degree misdemeanor battery - yes, the accusations were false, yes they were terrible, but after being pawned off by my first attorney without even meeting her and one phone call, I was provided another...that attorney was somewhat helpful but then out of nowhere she stopped representing me as well....enter Ms. Catherine Henry. Ms. Henry was EVERYTHING I needed and deserved. She fought for me until the end; she put forth the work ethic, diligence, honesty and tenacity, which ultimately helped a jury to see through the lies of my multiple accusers and find me not guilty. Ms. Henry will tell it to you straight, she follows law, unfortunately where others do not (yes even including the judge in my trial who allowed certain evidence....ask her about it some time). She is forthcoming and honest about everything she does - I was in the service for almost 10 years, I value integrity, and that is one of her many great qualities. Just like a parent, or a doctor, or anyone else trying to help you, don't lie to her, not that I did, but if you KNOW you are innocent (and there is ways she will know, yes she is that good), then I can't recommend her services and expertise enough AND she will go to battle with you and for you. No, she won't sugarcoat anything - who wants that anyways?! Honesty, another great quality trait that she possesses. Of course we all know she is supposed to be all of these characteristics as a lawyer/attorney but I've been around a while, I've met and had poor representation before. Ms. Henry took me on and stuck with me when two others for whatever reason just cast me aside. Ms. Henry even had the "nerve" lol to thank me at the end of my trial for giving her a chance to represent me!!! Whoever is still reading this, I assure you, had I not been represented by her, I feel I would have been found guilty or may have even pleaded down to something I never did - not to say that isn't a legitimate or safe option - that's a personal choice that you must make. But in my closing, I can not thank Ms. Henry enough for her diligence, her attention to detail, her passion, her punctuality, her actually giving a damn about each and every person that she has under her counsel - what a concept right?! I highly recommend her services, yes you may get frustrated because things aren't going "your way", or so it may seem; but I assure you that Ms. Henry is fully committed to providing you with her best representation - good things come to all of those that are patient, honest, and willing to give her a chance...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! She saved our Daughter Ms. Henry assisted our family to get through a challenging legal matter in a favorable manner. My daughter unfortunately became involved with a young man that was in the relationship to use and take advantage of the resources I provided to her. Once she decided not to continue to be his meal ticket he then attempted to be vindictive and ruin her life legally by having her arrested on domestic violence charges. He wanted to ruin her life by giving her a criminal record. A friend recommended Catherine to us she intentively listed to what we had to say then educated us and answered our questions. We were unfamiliar with the criminal justice system and really needed her experience, compassion and strategic savy on our side. She was extremely responsive to us whenever we had question. Catherine Henry is an amazing attorney and an even more amazing person. I got lucky when I was charged with felony grand theft to have Catherine as my public defender (We all know how it can be difficult to get the help you need from public defenders). She treated me like a person not just another case number, and was always available when I needed. Once my case was settled and I was put on probation, my probation officer violated me (one of many times). At the time Catherine was still a public defender but was not assigned to me yet, but when I called her she called me back and helped me and took my case and got my violations dismissed. When I found out she had her own firm I was so excited for her. She is a hard worker and very compassionate of people's situations.
