We paid $340 for this to be filed correctly, and again, it has not been. Both my husband and I double checked the account number they had, and it was correct. Three weeks after filing our 2024 taxes, we still had not received our return. I was able to find out that whoever at this office entered in the account number, completely missed a number. so now instead of paying for the convenience of an electronic refund we had to wait an additional MONTH for our money. Not happy. Second year in a row.
