We would NOT ever refer anyone to this guy. He was hired for the father's estate and appeared to…read morecontinue dragging things out. He held onto the Mooney and continued to lie about an issue with Medicaid and a lein on the property. I had to do all the footwork and was able to get the lein released. Was told to take the release notice in his office and demand the check. The visit was a nightmare as Victor jumped up and got in my face yelling and threatening me. I called the police and had the phone on speaker so everyone could hear. He called down and told me he'd get the check. He withheld fees with no explanation. He also tried keeping cash funds we'd turned over for the estate. Lie after lie.. we filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office. We fired him that day and he immediately requested to be withdrawn and we had our day in court. He's such a damn joke.. there's so many other issues to many to list. My advise is STAY FAR FROM THIS GUY.

He would ignore…read morealmost all of my emails, he was unprofessional, he had spelling/grammatical errors in his emails, he didn't relay any information accurately and I swear he was trying to make it harder for me. I had to email him and other attorneys/court house workers daily to get HIS job done. I would call and leave voicemails and he wouldn't reply. He tried to claim he didn't have good contact with me at my first hearing because HE didn't answer my emails or voicemails I left him. He kept making excuses like "I went in vacation" "so and so are out sick due to COVID" "I retired before your case was over" etc. A lousy excuse for an attorney! So glad I finally got everything completed, no thanks to this lazy old fart.
