Allowed him to ingest 5 tubes of toothpaste after he had already made an attempt and had SI. RESULTING IN HIM HAVING TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!!! #3. I ask for a transfer to Fayetteville to Vantage Point because I did not feel he was being properly taken care of. The woman told me that they sent the transfer over and I called day after day and they DID NOT! #4. They denied me and my son his rights of care by lying to me and telling me that they would transfer him. #5. Every single day they were calling me telling me something else was going on. At one point when he was being restrained, he was kicked in the face when protocol is for them to clear the area when restraining a child or person. #6. After I got on them and told them I would be taking legal action against them, my son was MIRACULOUSLY better the next day. So many other things happened that it is LITERALLY too much to even add. Do not go here or send a loved one here because it will traumatize you and this place is shitty. Legal actions need to be taken against this hospital immediately.
