I have been going here since they opened and never looked back. The online appointment form is simple and they are incredibly easy to get time with - even same day appointments. I've recommended this spot to so many people scrambling for same day services. I've never booked with a specific person, always just chosen whoever is available and every visit has been incredible. Every member of the staff is friendly and so talented. They are willing to use any inspo pics and are transparent on cost prior to doing - which is so helpful in decision making if it's going to be a lot. This salon teeters on the 1-2 star seesaw in multiple categories. My nail tech is its only saving grace (for me). Short version: 1. There are a couple of great nail techs who do amazing work and they're nice. 2. The pricing structure is hella suspect. Feels like they make up whatever price they want to on any given day and I don't like that. 3. They rush the take off process if you're removing nails. It's unhealthy and it's painful. Long story: My first time trying them was October 2025. I was in need of a new nail salon with a bomb nail tech; one who was excellent with shaping stiletto nails as well as nail design. After perusing their photo gallery and seeing the shaping and designs, I decided to give HER Nail Lounge a shot. I called to make the appointment about 2-3 weeks in advance. I advised them of the aforementioned criteria and I was assured they had the perfect tech for me. When DD and I arrived, we were greeted and sat together, which I really liked. As I walked around the reception desk toward our assigned numbered seat, a lady smiled and gestured at me. I smiled back. Then something was said and a man came and sat in front of me. I was immediately off put by his demeanor; cold and unfriendly. I showed him a photo from their ig page and asked who did the work, to which he shrugged. He grabbed my hand and began aggressively ripping away the acrylic that was currently on my nails. No soaking, no foil & wrap, just tearing up your cuticles and nail beds PAINFULLY. After one particularly painful rip, audibly squeaked and I snatched away my hand. I said, "That's it. I need someone else." The young lady who initially smiled at me as I walked around the desk was the one who was originally supposed to be my person. She sat down and got to work. I gave her an idea and she took it from there. I was very happy with her and with my nails. The shape and design were great. The lady who did DD's nails did an ok job, but she was unprofessional. She talked on her AirPods 90% of the time she was doing my child's nails, cussing and acting like she was at home with her friends instead of at a place of business. Whew chile; the ghetto. And my nail tech had to show her how to do the blood splatter that DD wanted for her Halloween nails. Very simple, yet she was charged $120. The audacity. Upon check out, they push you to write a review. I was honest and told the owner that my review would reflect my honest experience. The owner apologized and explained that they want to give all the nail techs in the salon a chance. I understand this, but as a customer I expect to be given what I ask for. I've returned multiple times since October 2025, always going to my same nail tech. I noticed that the no soak nail removal process must be standard for this salon. They never take time to soak off the old acrylic or gel. Instead they cut and pry. They couldn't care less about the pain you're enduring. I attribute this to the salon rushing the techs, because why else would they be doing this? Lastly, the pricing. There are no set prices, not really. Everything is "and up." Granted I understand that the pricing has varying factors (length, shape, design). But I paid more for a fill-in one week than the full set I previously had (both with designs). That being said, the nail techs (especially mine) deserve top dollar for their talented work- 100%, no debate. What I want is transparency and upfront knowledge of costs. Not on the spot fantasy numbers, because $150-$180 (before tip) for nails bi-monthly is crazy work. The salon itself is nice and bright. There is a large bar in the middle, that's mostly for looks, I guess, because no one has ever asked me if I'd like something to drink. Every other nail salon that I've been to with a bar will always ask if you'd like something to drink. However, on my very first visit, the owner asked the Caucasian lady next to me if she'd like something to drink. So maybe it's for certain guests only. read more

Came tonight with my sister to get pedicures before I go on vacation. I get home and feel that my heel is rough. Look down and I see how terrible my heel looks. This is what you would think they would look like before a pedicure, not AFTER! Looking even closer at the paint job, I'm extremely disappointed. I mean these look like I did them at home myself. I've had Angie do a dip manicure before and they were great. This experience getting a pedicure, Not so much. It felt rushed as she was late for my appt by 15 minutes and my appointment cut into her next appointment. I recently tried Her Nail Lounge and it was a great experience! The professionalism is top tier. Love the luxury vibe. A nice big shop for a group nail trip or a solo self care day. They have a full bar to add even more luxury to your visit! Appointments can be made online or by phone. They also have a text service to remind you of your appointment which is very helpful! Quality of gel nail polish is poor. It bubbles hours later. Nail techs are not trained on nail shaping. Some nail techs are rude. When they first opened they had good customer service. Services have gone down. No more quality. They give rush jobs and then become rude. I have given them plenty of opportunities to do better. Everyone was very nice, I'm not going to name names, but they were doing my nails, the shape was good, but the design was not what I asked for. It was similar, but not exact. They charged $55 for the design (that wasn't what I asked for) ON TOP OF the $60 you have to pay to get a full set. What makes it even worse was when they were filing my nails they filed one of my fingers so hard it started bleeding. I'm not the type to write reviews about bad experiences. I've been a loyal customer at HER Nail Salon, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I got my nails done, and one nail broke in less than 24 hours. When I called, they said I could come in the next day to fix it, but when I asked to have them removed instead, I was told I'd have to pay to get them taken off...... I also got a pedicure and was charged for every little thing as always but I was even charged for cutting down my toenails this visit, which felt excessive, especially since I come in here for pedicures every two weeks. It's frustrating and disappointing to feel like they're just nickel-and-diming loyal customers instead of valuing our business. To charge $40 additional because I grow long nails is absurd. No design either, just a fill with regular color. The tech was friendly, and I'm glad he told me about the price before he finished, but I wish their prices were listed better online. I love that you can easily request your services online and get an appt confirmation as quick as the same day, you can request a specific artist or like me, I take whomever is available. I have always picked whomever and I have NEVER not loved my nails. He was so not wanting to be there. He couldn't care less. First red flag. He asked what color I wanted and I said " while I was sitting here I noticed this cool blue matte color on the screen above his head." His response was "yah there's a lot of photos up there. Manicure looks fine, but I didn't get the extra cuticle work I requested and top coat wasn't applied to my right hand at all. Update: I went back about two weeks later with an appointment for a pedicure and dip mani with Kim. It took a LONG time--appointment was at 4:30 and I left around 6:45, and unfortunately the quality of my nails was not good this time around--the dip was connected to my skin in several places (when I pointed it out, only one nail was fixed so I had to fix most of my mails myself with a nail file after I paid) and multiple nails have tiny bubbles on them. I was visiting from out of town and I desperately needed a take off and was contemplating another full set. I was not expecting how very beautiful this place is! When you walk in , you just KNOW you're going to have an experience and not just a visit. We didn't have appointments but we were immediately sat. But back to the nails, once my old set was taken off, I noticed how long my nails were and decided that now was the perfect time to give my nails a break (3-4 months on, 3 months off) My tech did an incredible job of making sure not to damage my natural nail and she proceeded to give me the very best manicure. I let her pick the color and she brought back a few choices and one just caught my eye more than the others. It's the prettiest shade of blue, almost a very soft lilac. Perfect for summer. She took such care with my nails and told me what she was doing step by step. I was surprised when she told me she was finished! I don't think I was sitting start to finish for even 30 mins! WOW! Do not go here! I decided to try this nail salon after my personal nail tech moved out of state, the facility is nice and clean, but between the horrible service, and poor quality work on my nails, I can not go back to this place! 1.) I never make an appointment here, because every time I come to this salon I overhear guests who still have to wait, I even heard them tell one guest that she had to come back on an entirely different day even though she made an appointment! 2.) Services take WAY too long. I shouldn't be sitting in a nail shop for 3-4 hours, whether I'm getting a brand new acrylic set or a fill-in. Mind you, I never wait to be serviced. I always get started in immediately, so the 3-4 I sit in there is ALL service time! 3.) I've been getting my nails done every two weeks for YEARS with my previous nail tech, and I have no issues paying high end prices for high end work, but here, there's are high end prices with VERY low quality work. My fill-ins are always more expensive than getting an entire full set somehow. Oh, not to mention, if you don't get one of the more "deluxe" pedicures and go with the basic, expect cold water and for your toes to just be painted. Their "basic" pedicure is so bad and lacking so many steps of the pedicure service solely because they want you to spend more money on their $100+ pedicures obviously. Which again, I wouldn't mind if my toe nails wouldn't immediately break the following day, which beings me to my next point. 4.) my nails always LOOK cute, but they are not durable at all. Every SINGLE time I come here, my nails break at minimum two days later, it never fails. One time I came in right before vacation and I just so happen to look at my hand for something while I'm on my flight and somehow an entire two nails are missing. I didn't do anything rough or super physically so that would cause an entire nail to go missing. So out of curiosity, I take my shoes off on the plane and low and behold, my big toes THAT I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR A GEL OVERLAY FOR are brother broken as well, less than 24 hours after getting serviced. So I spent my entire vacation with several broken nails since the broke before it even started. 5.) my most recent visit was last week, I told myself this would be my last straw if I had anymore issues, and it looks like it's come down to it. Last week I was wanting to get both a pedicure and full set, but settled for a full set only, because after that was done, I had already spent 2.5 hours in the salon. A plain French full set with no design has never taken anyone 2.5 hours, but apparently it does here. Again, my nails looked good, I was just disappointed about not being able to get a pedicure bc I really needed it, but realistically I would've been in there until the shop closed. But guess what happens two days and $120 later? MY NAIL BREAKS. I usually just go elsewhere for nail fixes since I already make a 30 minute drive to Her Nail Lounge and do not wish to make several trips there every week to fix these crappy nails. But this time I was livid, I needed them to be aware of all of the issues I've encountered since I started going here. I walked in and asked for a manager as well as a nail repair, I explained everything to both a tech and the manager on the floor, manager had nothing to say. They just had me wait for the guy who did my nails to free up so he can fix it for no charge and that was it. No apology, no resolution, no conversation at all. They didn't care. So at this point my mind is made up, I'm just going to let it ride and go somewhere else. I spend too much money here to spend all of my free time fixing nails every other day. 6.) the final straw; yesterday, out of nowhere a rhinestone falls off of my nail. It's been approximately 7 days since my original appointment (not to mention my second trip I took two days later after that appointment for them to fix that broken nail) I'm livid at this point. I decided to call and speak with someone since talking in person did nothing. I again expressed my concerns, and was just rudely rushed off the phone. Only being given the option of making another 30 minute drive for them to glue another rhinestone on since their policy is no refunds. So I guess I'll make another hour round trip this week but I guarantee you it will be my last one. They don't care about their clients or the quality of work they put out since they're sitting comfortable with that No Refund policy. First time here and wanted to like this place. I made appointments for three of us - two adult pedicures and a kid mani. My pedicure was finished in 15 minutes... so if you're looking to be in and out, you can find that here at least. I was personally looking for more of a relaxing experience. And unfortunately all 3 of us had chipping nails within 24 hours. The first picture here is within 24 hours (paint missing on half of the pointer finger, already chipping on others), second picture is within 48 hours. The two adults had smudged toes same day - and trust me, I didn't do anything after that would've messed them up! I was like okay.... So $5.00 up charge for length (my real nails btw) and another $5.00 up charge for shape (almond) so with tip I paid $90 for my real nails dipped in funny bunny dusted with chrome. I've been going here for a while and I'm always fairly happy with my nails. Usually about a 7.5/8 outta 10 as far as quality. However I don't think I will be coming back because multiple times I have gone to get my acrylic set removed, instead of soaking them off, they use a fake nail to jimmy under the acrylic and try to pop it off to save time. It is SO SO painful. The first time I was nearly in tears. I begged her to stop and she kept going!! The last time I needed my set replaced he tried to pop them off with a nail instead of soaking them off and I asked him to soak them off, that is not the proper way to remove acrylics and causes so much unnecessary pain and damage to my actual nails. He kept going and when he went to jimmy the nail in between the acrylic and my natural nail, he missed and it slipped under my actual nail plate. I was bleeding and cried out in pain. He said "my nails are really sensitive". NO!! You almost ripped my nail off...which is attached to my BODY...then I had to sit with my hands in acetone with a gapping wound under my nails. I can not describe how utterly painful and awful it was. He got mad and got up without saying a word and another tech sat down to finish my nails. I was bleeding so bad there was blood in the bowl of acetone. No apology, nothing. After he got all the acrylic off, he kept drilling on my natural nails until there were red marks and rings of fire. They were on fire!! Ended up paying $100 plus a 20% tip. Getting your nails done should not be painful, you shouldn't be in tears and leave bleeding. We all got our nails done for a funeral. Not even 3 days after our nails all started to peel. All 3 of ours. We all had gel too. Not to mention the staff was not friendly when I called to tell them. I had the worst experience today 2/4/2023 my mani and pedi was a rush job the young lady who did my pedi skipped over so many steps didn't think about getting the dead skin off my ankle at all I was told by a employee since I got a classic 55 dollar pedi that it was so suppose to be a little scrub she didn't suppose to remove my dead skin NEVER HEARD OF THAT my mani was also rushed she didn't get all of my dead skin around cuticles I will never recommend this company to no one it was a 0/10 and a waste of my 92 dollars the owners will here from me Tomorrow I'm very mad and disappointed... read more
