I've been going to your shop a couple times a week since you opened in Coos Bay- maybe 250 times I've been in there. I haven't ever seen or been treated in anything other than a professional, courteous manner. I shop the other cannabis stores also but always end up going to your shop regularly. Your prices are good, but so are other places. I go to your shop mainly for the customer service. I imagine it's tough to deal professionally with a bunch of potheads all day long. Usually my local go to dispensary. Never really had an issue until today. Looked at the main menu. 1/8 of Ursa Major was 25med/30rec on the board. I ordered one but was charged $34.95. I asked why I was being charged $4.95 more than the menu price which unleash a whole torrent of confusion and excuses and after being at the counter for over 10 minutes the price was fixed and everything seemed cool. That was not the case, however as the new price was two dollars too little $28. They tried to fix that so I waited another five minutes and the bud tender said she got it fixed.. $34.95 please.. I had enough.. Figure it out.. I'm done. Now I have to drive all the way to Coos Bay because these guys are idiots. Going to take a long break from being a customer there. read more

I'm not sure what's happened with my fave store!!!! In the last 4 different times I've gone in has left me unhappy. 1st time, I got overcharged but because I didn't have a receipt, couldn't fully defend it. 2nd time the budtender was just flat out rude that I walked out! the 3rd time, I gave my choices for edibles, he gave me the wrong one so I showed him which gummies I picked...AGAIN he grabbed the wrong ones!! I didn't bother correcting it(was 6 people in line) the last time was He asked for our I.D.'s and I realized i forgot it and he flat out told me to "get out...now! You must leave...now! I was like wtf?! On one of the occasions(#3), there was a customer and he was on the phone and that same budtender was extremely rude to him, which I get...to an extent...there's a way to honor the business and olcc!! read more

Rude, Rude, Rude! Do not go here they are just simply not cool! I will not ever go back! Just needed an explanation on hours and why the door was being shut in my face after a forty mile drive? They had customers in the store and I knocked at 7:31 The woman did not care and it was their web site that has the hours until Eight pm. Just unprofessional and really really rude! Never going back and will warn all just go to Coos Bay these people can stay out there with the oysters same amount of brains! Going home early more important than customer service. You suck! read more

This is the 3rd night in a row they have closed early! I understand a few minutes we all want to clock out and go home but almost 15 minutes early the 1st night and 6 minutes the second and 9 minutes tonight ! It's crap ! The two males were inappropriate and extremely rude, wouldn't answer my questions and refused to let me buy the products I'd just earlier (an hour before) picked out 3 products went to pay and CASH ONLY? wtf kinda BUISNESS now days can't take credit or debit cards? That's insane! It should be posted so ppl don't waste there time,I leave come back (still had 7min,6min by the time they came to the door to tell me sorry we're closed) I said I was just here I already had items picked out and just got to pay I explained I was the customer who was just in there and had to go get cash from bank he STILL said no and said computers software shuts down promptly at 10 I said it's still 5 till and he continued to be combative and argue that's not what his computer says I said ok well can you please show me then,not calling you a list but computers are almost never wrong . He slammed the door in my face ! Screw this whole BUISNESS and employees they are unbelievably rudest I've ever encountered read more

Normally at any other dispensary I would purchase Gron mega pearls but since finding out Green Lion has its own in house edibles I decided to give them a try. The difference is amazing the gron usually takes a solid 45 to 50 minutes to hit and while it helps with the aches and pains as well as getting me tired.... Green Lions hit me faster lasts a bit longer tastes significantly better (less of the bitter weed taste on the back end) but also is cheaper by a decent amount. I will say that for those who have not given them a shot please go try it for yourself.. thank you Green Lion for having such a great customer service aswell. I just moved here and i have been to almost all the shops in Coos Bay and all I can tell u is this is one of the best place's I have ever been too!!! Right when I walked in the feel of the place was great..... I started visiting this location in 2016. It was the easiest and most discrete location for me to go to. Their staff is very professional, kind and knowledgable about marijuana. When I first started going into Herbal, I did not have much knowledge or even know where to begin. I just had a lot of friends saying it had helped them with pain. Within the first two visits, I had a very good idea of what could help and have been able to continue getting help for an awesome price. The selection and the prices are my favorite part. Medical patients are getting rec quality. This is unacceptable. Also, I'm sure that these employees need bud tending licenses and the proper training to be under compliance with the state. If they had a manager in the shop I'd let them know about Oregon regulations that follow having a dispensary license. **********Also, DON"T claim that you have quality meds when your product is mostly stem and shake. You can pay less for the lower grade stuff though. Park around the corner on Monroe and it is a very short walk to the store. Give them a try and at least you will encounter a friendly face. As you walk in there was a wide range of things to look at from gemstones, glass pipes, knives and more than your eyes can take in. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful! We had a lot of questions and she was very patient with us and if she didn't know grabbed her husband for us. If you are in the area stop by and look in the entire store before leaving because I think we made four or five different transactions before leaving!
