I drove back and explained that there was something wrong with the bag i just got. They said there was nothing they could do and would not do an exchange no matter what. Be careful with this place. This is one of the worst shops I've been too. The staff is extremely lazy and sarcastic. When asking to look at glass wear, the employee, a middle aged balding man sarcastically asked if I was going to buy it. I had told him that I would like to view the product before I bought it. He huffed and made mean little comments before pulling it out. After that I asked what kind of Kratom they had to offer. He pointed to the shelf behind him and said "there". Vey rude and unprofessional, I hope they go out of business or at least fire their lazy staff. Never support them. read more

This owner is the worst scummy business owner I've ever dealt with. This was my first time in this store. I had no idea they had all these scummy rules in place so when they sold you a defective item they were "covered" I purchased a grinder after getting a recommendation from the meth head girl working at the counter. I asked for a grinder that wouldn't produce metal flakes while grinding. She showed me two good grinders and I went with one. I got it to my car and realized there were metal flakes all inside the bottom and it was chipping. I took it right back in for him to tell me I was boned because I didn't read his sign that all sales were final lol. I said well who is the owner he said I am weve been doing this for 5 years. For 5 years he's been selling people defective products with no option to return. In a world thats moving fast towards internet sales, you'd think you'd want to keep every customer that walked in your brick and mortar. Avoid Walt and his shady business practices. Let my mistake of not "reading the signs posted" help you out. Id recommend not going here even for something as simple as papers. There probably ripped and used like this grinder. read more

Please don't go here it's not a good environment. I bought a "Grab Bag" and I was with some friends so I got a $40 one mistake number one because anything in there isn't worth that but back to the terrible experience I left. opened up the bag and it was honestly laughable what was in there didn't resemble anything in the store I looked like it was all from the dollar store, so I went back I just to show then what they put in and the owner a lady with black hair got mad that I had a problem so I walked out never go there. read more
