I've been coming to this clinic for most of my medical needs for about a year now. There are two…read moreseparate offices, one for the actual medical clinic and the other for behavioral health/counceling. I am a patient of both and I can honestly say the entire staff are wonderful, easy to deal with and actually care about you and the services they provide. My behavioral health counselor Sarah is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She's one of those people you feel comfortable with right of the bat . You don't feel like you're in a therapy session, you feel like you're sitting and talking with a friend. The medical clinic is pretty much the same way, my only complaint there is some days they are extremely slowwwww! I'm not sure why that is but, it looks to me like on those days they have over booked patients. Most days I'm in my appointments on time and there are no issues but, I have had a few occasions where I've been here well over 2 hours. Which if you have a life and things to do can be very frustrating! Otherwise, this is a wonderful clinic and atmosphere. You aren't just a number here, the staff really do care about you!

She did NOT take the time to read my chart before speaking to me as if I was an ignorant child! She is extremely rude, unprofessional and quiet frankly. It very intelligent. Go see a doctor that treats you as the paying patient you are. I had called her office and was speaking to one of her staff when he grabbed the ohone and proceeded to go off on me! What kind of doctor does this to one of patients. She never gave me the opportunity to even speak!!

She takes her time, listens to you, calls after hours if she needs to follow up on something, overall demonstrates her care and concern. She's also good at listening to what you want to do, what treatment options you feel comfortable with. I don't know if everyone had the same experience but she's been great for myself and my family.
