Took my 90 year old mother to this urgent care t treatment center this morning at 8:00 am. She was…read moreexperiencing deep coughing and hadn't rested a few days. We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. Dr. Pittman is straight and to the point (the lady Dr. Pittman) and does like to have all the information in order to properly treat the patient, it seems. So far we are all very pleased with the experience. As far as the office experience, the only thing lacking is a little quicker communication between patient and staff, but otherwise, they are very sweet and helpful once we are connected.
