Gate was crooked, hardware was put on crooked and gate would open even while locked. Called owners multiple times and said "they would be out tomorrow" every time. They never showed up. The messed up part is, I know these people personally and I still got screwed. Just a cash grab and get out. Oh, by the way, they will ask for half the money upfront.
