Kristi failed to turn up to my wedding. I had booked Kristi 19 months in advance and paid in advance. We had told guests not to take photos during the ceremony as only wanted Kristi to take them, so now we have no photos to capture those special moments and only guest's phone camera photos of the whole day. So upset, especially as within the coming weeks of the wedding I had emailed 'less than three weeks to the wedding'. Kristi must be that incompetent as a business owner that she not only had the date and day of the week wrong, but that she also didn't click that the date she had was over 3 weeks and rectify her mistake before it was too late.
