I was able to work with Stephanie upon delivery and she was fantastic. Honestly seemed like a person I could be friends with. Incredibly personable, friendly and professional. My husband and I loved the product overall as our daughter's print was beautiful as we chose our wedding colors of teal and purple. I love they added her name and birth details to the print as well. The only suggestions I have are I would love if Organically You offered frames for the prints which isn't a big deal because I ultimately bought one online. Additionally, I am sentimental and would have loved if the products came in a box with their logo or at the least if the cord had a cute box it came in. Now these are just personal preferences for me because I love looking back and remembering who made these experiences unforgettable and giving credit where it's due. She told me doctor could charge what he wants to with me having no insurance. I explained I have insurance but my child who is in foster care only has medicaid. She had no remorse at all and continously told my husband he had to leave the waiting area all while my 10 month old foster child with 105 temp was crying. Just awful experience. I cried leaving this place. NEVER have had such a bad experience here all the times I have come. I can only think it is because the child is on welfare.

I was referred to this OB office by a friend and I'm glad I was!…read more After reading various reviews, I felt like Dr. Yee-Whipple was who I wanted as my Dr... she. is. awesome! Although I have only had one visit at this office thus far, I really felt at ease in this office. Dr. Yee is super personable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt uncomfortable. I never felt like I was being talked down to. I never felt like I was a "bother" to her. She really made me feel like I was a person, not just a patient. Office was clean but COLD. Bring a sweater bc the waiting/ exam rooms are FREEZING. Like, uncomfortably cold... like, the AC is blowing full blast even in the winter. I don't recall having a HUGE wait to get in for an appointment so that is a definite plus. The ONE negative was that my pap was sent to an out-of-network lab with leaving me with a $250 lab bill I wasn't expecting. In the 20 years of going to an OBGYN, I have never had this happen. A pap is (almost) always covered at 100%... IF it's sent to an in-network lab. I have never had to research in-network LABS to TELL the Dr.'s office where to send it. Wasn't sure if this was a mistake on the office side or if it IS the responsibility of the patient to call insurance providers and research labs. It was a little disappointing that I had to pay $250 for a test that would have been fully covered if it was sent somewhere else. Guess from now on, I'll have to double check with Dr. Offices to see where the tests are sent. All-in-all, this is why reviews are so important. Finding a Dr. is tough... especially one that's going to be poking around your lady bits. You want to pick the right one and Dr. Yee-Whipple is a GREAT choice!
