Dr. Renz is amazing. My newborn daughter had a severe upper lip tie and tongue tie making breastfeeding unbearable. She was recommended by the lactation consultant and we couldn't be happier. The office staff were extremely friendly and receptive when my husband told them we needed to get in right away. They got us an appointment the same day and Dr. Renz confirmed what we had expected about the ties. She did the upper lip and tongue release that day. The procedure took less than 10 minutes and she spent time explaining everything. Dr. Heringer and his staff are among the most professional group for dental service providers that I have experienced in all of my too many visits to dentists in North Dakota and several other states. Their attention to detail at all stages of the experience from the receptionist to the various dental assistants and Dr. Heringers efforts were clearly explained before, and during all operations allowing the patient to not only understand what is happening, but also to allows the patient to opt in, or out, of something one may not chooses to have done. Concern for the patient is second only to the concern for doing the best, most professional job possible. Dr. Herringer and his staff are the most wonderful group of people to work with. I have been to other dental offices in the past and none of them were able/willing to work with me like Herringer Dental did. Dr. Herringer performed laser gum recontouring on my upper teeth. He did an absolutely amazing job at fixing everything I had concerns about. He made me feel very comfortable at all times and always checked in with me as the patient asking if I liked everything. Dr. Herringer has so many years of experience and knowledge and is absolutely amazing at what he does everyday. I never felt rushed in and out the door as him and the staff always devoted lots of time to me and my needs. The hygienist and dentist were personable and likable, but I wouldn't trust them in my mouth again. I left numbed everywhere because they couldn't seem to numb the tooth they were filling.. but I didn't care too much because I wanted it done with, they should have taken the numbing charge off the huge bill. The actual filling feels like it wasn't done correctly, I now have pain if I use that tooth with any pressure, I had none prior to my appointment.. so thats unsettling to me. Mouthwash feels like it seeps under the filling and is excruciating now. Kind people but the work and bill are very scary! Go elsewhere if you need ANY work done. read more
