My 92-year old mother's Maytag washer (after 2 decades of service) finally failed on a Sunday afternoon. She contacted Lowe's, was given the name of their recommended repairman, and called him the next morning. The man informed her that he was backed-up for the next 2-4 weeks. On her behalf, I then contacted Heritage. Tim said he'd arrive between the hours of 2-4 that very afternoon! According to Mom, he quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and completed repair the next morning. At that time, Tim determined some problems with the matching dryer--not entirely broken but limping along. Once again, parts ordered; repair done quickly. Aside from the expediency, Mom very much appreciated his courteousness, as well as his clear description of the problem--sentiments echoed by other reviewers. I called for a repair to my oven and there was a repairman leaving Troy, so he said he would stop at my house on his way to Piqua. He was a very nice young man, very professional and informative. These guys are awesome. Came out to check our washer. I kind of figured what was wrong with it. They check everything and wrote up a estimate to repair. Cleaned up after themselves and even though we decide not to have them fix it because of cost and age put everything back as they found it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more
