The Boy is Mine concert
Devena S.

It was actually my first time attending for a concert and I really liked our seats!! The vendor staff was very very friendly. I only wish after the concert was over that they kept some officers in hand to direct traffic. Otherwise it was a great night and a great event! I would not spring for floor seats in the future, though. Those that sat in the floor reported it was hard to see the stage and performers. So even though the seats were a bit cheaper, being on the incline gave a better show!

Came for Disney on Ice and the show was excellent! Venue was fine - lots of parking and easy to walk and enter the building, otherwise it's your average largescale venue. I wish the cup holders were on the seat and not on the back of seats because it took me a while to figure out there even were cup holders and then when I did the lady sitting in front of me had her coat covering it which made it hard to use.

Childhood dreams come true. The high octane, high flying monster trucks were so awesome. The dog truck was my favorite. The venue is older but still holds up in 2025. There's not a bad seat in the place, plenty of options for drinks and food, and easily accessible bathrooms. The ushers were present to help direct you to your seats.

Cincinnati v Dayton BB. Not a bad venue for a BB game in a Hockey Arena. "Under the Basket" has a different style here. If you get in the lower bowl you're about 25-30 yds from the court. Still good sight lines. Nice seating will adequate leg space and comfortable.

Great old hockey barn. Doesn't look like a bad seat in the house. I'm an old hockey guy, been around the game for 55 years in many capacities and I love these old barns. I know the building shows some age but that's what gives it its charm. I enjoyed the Cyclones game. I can see people's complaints about the old barn but this one night brought back a lot of memories of the old buildings I spent time in. The ushers were friendly and the between period entertainment was enjoyable.

This venue is in the downtown area and right next to the Cincinnati Reds stadium. Came in town for a comedy show, with Katt Williams and friends. Upon entry, the security did a good job of checking everyone's bags and sending some people away with "over the size restriction" bags. The concession stands had reasonably priced food. I purchased a chicken fingers combo that ended up being cold. Cold fries are the worst. Once we got to our section to find seats, they had already turned the house lights down. No visibly in finding our seats without the help of ushers. Not all ushers had a flashlight, so we had to wait until one was available to assist us. When we got to our seats, they were a bit snug, but we made it work to have a good time and enjoy ourselves. The women's restrooms were dirty near our section. Also, I would like to say the parking situation is decent, but exit strategy leaving out the connecting parking garages needs more order.

I've been to several events at the Heritage Bank Center and one thing I can admit is that every seat in the house is a good seat. My only complaint after this event is that to the sound was pretty bad from the suites . I'm not sure if that's a venue issue or the Disney folks and their equipment, but from the suites there was a very bad tunnel sound/echo. And there were even times when it sounded like the sound was overall lowered/distant. I also can provide this comparison because we had seats down below as well and while down there the tunnel wasn't so much an issue. There was still some change in volume between some songs, but not like upstairs. I would think that if you're paying the price to sit in the suites, you're also paying the price to enjoy the show and hear more clearly. Other than that, I enjoyed the food we ordered and the staff was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking in regularly. I'm sure we'll attend another event there, so I'm hoping there will be some improvements.

It was a great show!!.... Glad I was able to mark it off my bucket list ... section 138 had sn excellent orientation to the presentation!!

Stairs are odd.

Attended a Sunday evening comedy show at this venue. There is event parking nearby; we parked at the Reds stadium for $20 and made the short walk over to the venue. Minimal lines for entry and process was quick. Seating was a little difficult to find, however, there are good views of the stage from all around. The stairs are terrible; so bad I saw someone fall towards the end of the show. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable. This is also the site of The Who concert disaster of 1979 but it was named The Riverfront Coliseum then. Would definitely rethink coming back here for another event.

What is a good place to eat (within walking distance) before a concert at U.S Bank Arena?

Condado Tacos, Yard House, Moerlein Lager House and Taste of Belgium at The Banks are my picks! They are on Freedom Way on the opposite side of the baseball stadium, but it's only a 0.3 walk to the arena which is very easy.

I came back recently for a game against my Alma Mater and have to say that this place was rocking for a little bit. It's too bad that Wes Miller is incapable of coaching a basketball team because the crowd was booing before we ever got to halftime. I met a kind manager named Stewart or something along those lines. He is a great example of what every team should look for in a manager: fluffy, capable of grabbing balls, and on top of it! The seats weren't that comfy but oh well. This place has the chance to move to 5 stars if they start winning some ball games. I don't see that happening with Wes Miller, but who knows. An arena is only as good as its fans make it. Edit: Upon more recent developments... Another thing that was a bit off putting was when Stewart (the manager) asked if he could "top me off." At first, I thought he was offering me another beer, but his persistence to contact me through my socials -- I'll spare the details -- has lead me to believe he meant something else. Idk kinda weird. Fifth Third was still sweet. Creepy kid though.

They even have a bar area, which is still odd to me as a college arena, but hey, gotta make money. I actually thought the food options weren't as varied as I thought they would be, but then again it was offseason. I wouldn't mind seeing a basketball game here.
