My friebds and I went to a concert here and venue wise, I have no complaints. It's spacious with plenty of vendors and nearby restrooms. There could've been more security on site though, especially after the show to help direct traffic. My main issue was with the sound! The background music and vocalists were WAY louder than each performer, so it was hard to enjoy the show. Not sure if that's a venue team issue or one with the artists team, but we managed to push through and have a decent time. read more

You can definitely feel the affects of this arena being pretty old. The seats are not spacious at all and the walkway on the concourse is pretty narrow also so between people being in line on both sides for food, drink, etc. passing through can be a lot. It's also not huge, which made it feel slightly more intimate for a concert. read more

This arena is old... I get it. But as someone who only goes here occasionally when it's the closest a show gets to her city... Oof. The concourse walkway is narrow, so when people are in line, it's difficult to walk around. The restrooms are small, and on my most recent visit, they were already trashed before the show even started. It's just not an ideal facility. Pro tip if you're coming from the Kentucky side: park near Newport on the Levee and walk across the bridge if you're able. It helps avoid traffic! read more

It was actually my first time attending for a concert and I really liked our seats!! The vendor staff was very very friendly. I only wish after the concert was over that they kept some officers in hand to direct traffic. Otherwise it was a great night and a great event! I would not spring for floor seats in the future, though. Those that sat in the floor reported it was hard to see the stage and performers. Childhood dreams come true. The high octane, high flying monster trucks were so awesome. The dog truck was my favorite. The venue is older but still holds up in 2025. There's not a bad seat in the place, plenty of options for drinks and food, and easily accessible bathrooms. The ushers were present to help direct you to your seats. read more

It's old - some would say classic, but I would call it very tired. The bag policy is pretty strict but I get it. Maybe have more people in the parking garage giving earlier warning. The entry ticket checker was pretty rude. The concession was set up so that everyone waiting in line blocked the walkways. Leaving was an absolute mess. The hallways were just a mass of humanity going nowhere. The concourse was no better. Not all bad things to say though. It fits for an old time hockey game. I did chuckle at RC Cola. I know the building shows some age but that's what gives it its charm. I enjoyed the Cyclones game. I can see people's complaints about the old barn but this one night brought back a lot of memories of the old buildings I spent time in. This venue is in the downtown area and right next to the Cincinnati Reds stadium. Came in town for a comedy show, with Katt Williams and friends. Upon entry, the security did a good job of checking everyone's bags and sending some people away with "over the size restriction" bags. The concession stands had reasonably priced food. I purchased a chicken fingers combo that ended up being cold. Cold fries are the worst. Once we got to our section to find seats, they had already turned the house lights down. No visibly in finding our seats without the help of ushers. Not all ushers had a flashlight, so we had to wait until one was available to assist us. When we got to our seats, they were a bit snug, but we made it work to have a good time and enjoy ourselves. The women's restrooms were dirty near our section. Also, I would like to say the parking situation is decent, but exit strategy leaving out the connecting parking garages needs more order. read more

I've been to several events at the Heritage Bank Center and one thing I can admit is that every seat in the house is a good seat. My only complaint after this event is that to the sound was pretty bad from the suites . I'm not sure if that's a venue issue or the Disney folks and their equipment, but from the suites there was a very bad tunnel sound/echo. And there were even times when it sounded like the sound was overall lowered/distant. I also can provide this comparison because we had seats down below as well and while down there the tunnel wasn't so much an issue. There was still some change in volume between some songs, but not like upstairs. I would think that if you're paying the price to sit in the suites, you're also paying the price to enjoy the show and hear more clearly. Other than that, I enjoyed the food we ordered and the staff was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking in regularly. I'm sure we'll attend another event there, so I'm hoping there will be some improvements. read more

Bag policy is not available until the door so you may have to walk back to the far parking lot and miss the first 20 minutes of a $150 show. Basically you can't have a tiny handheld with 3 items in it, but a full stuffed backpack is cool if you call it a diaper bag or a coat capable of carrying far more than the small bag is totally fine. Saw so many much larger much more stuffed bags of all shapes and sizes, guess they all stuffed a diaper in to meet the rule? This security policy is utterly asinine and poorly communicated. The place itself is dated, cramped and uncomfortable, but it is what it is and there's a certain charm to that... not to the imbecilic "security" theater. read more

I was trying to decide to give a 3 or a 4, but I rounded up. I came here for a playoff game for the Cyclones. We didn't have tickets, so we purchased them at the box office. The sign on the building had us walk around the entire stadium. I think a quicker route would have been to walk in the opposite direction, the signs pointed, but that's just me. Online, we saw they had a family 4 pack for the game, but that was not being honored for the playoffs. Ordering tickets seemed like it took forever at the box office. We got there a little after puck drop so lines to get in were fine. There were typical stadium food offerings. Pizza slices were $2. But slices were super tiny. They offer popcorn and sodas that you can get refills on. Soda is rc products. Stadium is in need of upgrades like other reviewers stated. Seats were very cramped. Parking deck right there was a little difficult to get out of after the game. read more

I took my daughter to the cyclones game last night, and I was ready to leave before I even walked in the door because the staff was so rude. The bag policy is ridiculous. First off, no where on my ticket was the strict bag policy flagged. I didn't even see anything on the ticket where I could click to find information on what you can and can't bring. The first time I saw anything was when we got to the entrance and were turned away because my small purse that barely held my wallet, medication, keys and phone was too big (yet the man at the gate rudely mansplained it to me and used his hand as a ruler). With their size restriction (4.5x6 inches), the only option that leaves is a wristlet. What are women who need to bring pads and tampons supposed to do? What about those who are on certain meds that they need to have with them at all times? Maybe this is a sign from Heritage Bank Center that women aren't welcome. After walking back to my car to leave my purse, and then back to the entrance we were "greeted" by another rude employee who was scanning tickets. Since I had the tickets on my phone, my daughter walked in behind me and then stepped off to the side as to not be in the way. The employee started to scan my phone, and then literally stopped to yell at my daughter "get back here. Where do you think you're going?" - she was literally standing still 3 feet from me. After finally getting back to scanning the ticket on the phone - and instead of letting me know the first ticket was scanned and he was ready to scan the next one - he rudely said "if you don't have a ticket for her she needs to exit the building immediately". The last issue was finding our seats. The way the sections and seats are marked is so confusing and there were two sections that fit my seat: section 127, row U, seats 1&2. The gentleman whose job is to help guests find their seats was only slightly more friendly than the first two employees I dealt with, and then made a comment about how "it's not that hard to find where you need to go" before abruptly walking away. By the time we sat down, the game was halfway over and my daughter and I were in a bad mood. Needless to say, I have no desire to attend another cyclones game anytime soon thanks to the awful employees Heritage Bank center employs. read more

Attended a Sunday evening comedy show at this venue. There is event parking nearby; we parked at the Reds stadium for $20 and made the short walk over to the venue. Minimal lines for entry and process was quick. Seating was a little difficult to find, however, there are good views of the stage from all around. The stairs are terrible; so bad I saw someone fall towards the end of the show. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable. This is also the site of The Who concert disaster of 1979 but it was named The Riverfront Coliseum then. Would definitely rethink coming back here for another event. read more

Went to the Jelly Roll concert here and was so disappointed with the stadium! Security was rude to my friend who had a purse with 3 needed medication bottles and it not being seen thru, or wallet size. Seats had no cup holder, very little leg room, and very little space to let someone out of the row. Confession stands only took credit cards and had off brand pop for $10 in the souvenir cup. Women's bathroom was 20 people deep with tiny hallways for people to get thru the crowd without bumping into others. I don't think I will waste my money to go back to this venue again. read more

just now New if i could give this venue zero stars i would. the talent was amazing and i had wonderful time. the staff was the problem. i arrived before the talent started. my bag was a small bag that only held my keys card and id. i've gotten into everywhere in the city with this bag except for this venue. when the older man who worked for staff told me i couldn't bring my bag in, i saw multiple people putting their bags behind bars against the walls of the venue. i assumed i was allowed to put my bag there so i left my bag with other bags behind the bars. i went in and enjoyed my experience and came back out to find my bags behind bars missing and everyone else's bags missing. after talking to multiple staff i discovered that my bags missing and others were thrown away only because the man at the gate decided he didn't want to leave them there for us to retrieve. every female staff there was so helpful and told me that they don't seek out to toss out personal belongings but this older man at the gate decided to throw out our bags. on top of that a friend of mine came in with a bag and a staff took it from her. she asked will you hold onto my bag" and the staff replied "not forever" on the way out the bag was gone and told to us it was thrown out. i recommend artists and listeners stay away from this venue. it paints cincinnati in the worst light. i will never return until i get my bag back read more

I hate giving anything a two star review ... but this venue is in SERIOUS need of an upgrade. We attended the My Chemical Romance concert on a Wednesday evening, and while the show was incredible, the issues with this venue definitely had an impact on our experience. Probably the only positive thing about this venue is the location. It's super easy to park at the Banks and then walk over to your show. Other than that ... the inside is so dated, dingey, and crowded ... it really detracts from the show. The seats are worn, and several are missing armrests. Also - what kind of sports/concert venue doesn't have cup holders?! Come on people - it's 2022. My biggest issue with Heritage Bank Center is the bathroom situation. Obviously there's going to be lines to use the facilities when you're interacting with such a large group of people ... but I've never seen a bathroom queue stretch this long. I walked the length of the venue to see if there was a different bathroom I could use ... but the lines were just as long everywhere I went. If you're planning on hosting this many people on a regular basis, how about you make sure we're well-equipped to do that with an appropriate amount of restrooms? Not to mention - the line ended up significantly blocking the hallways, making it even more crowded and claustrophobic for people trying to get a drink or get back to their seats. Again, MCR was amazing, but I can honestly say I won't be returning to see a show at Heritage Bank Center until it gets the update it desperately needs. read more

So I went to the r&b music Feast. I was in floor seats. Kieth sweat was last to perform after taking a undisclosed amount of time and seeing majority of the crowd leave once I ran up front to get good videos I was stopped and told I couldn't come to the pit ... I pointed out how majority of the crowd was gone and they pleaded their case... my friend asked me to come to the side to enjoy the show.... Once I stepped back and humbled myself the staff approached me and said we couldn't stand to the side either... My friends encouraged me to take a free seat but I refused to go against the grain anymore... Once back to our seats I seen droves of fans rush the stage and film the show very sad read more

This is one of the hardest reviews to write because who doesn't love this Cincinnati classic but oh my, it truly is a dinosaur. I haven't been back here for years and it looks the exact same as when I graduated here.........32 YEARS ago! And I get it, it's an oldie but a goodie but at this point it's a safety issue. I recently brought my mom here to see TSO for her 71st birthday. There was no direction to elevators, any handicap access, etc. She had to walk the steep steps, with NO handrails at all. Can you imagine going to a hockey game or concert here and having a few? How are you going to get down those steps without a head injury? I went with 3 stars because I didn't have the heart to go for less and it doesn't deserve more. It will be an end of an era to see this old guy go but an update is needed! read more

We went to a Cincinnati Cyclones game this weekend and while the game was incredible the staid was a bit disappointing. First, the game started at 7:30pm so we got downtown at 6:30pm. Unfortunately, the Reds game which is right next door had just ended so traffic was bumper to bumper. The real nightmare was finding parking. All the lord around the arena were letting out the Reds fans and wouldn't let us in to park. All of the garages close by are also pass only even though they had plenty of space from everyone leaving. We ended up having to park pretty far away and walk. Security was easy to get through, but they have a very strict bag policy so definitely check if your bag meets requirement before leaving. The arena was nice, but the ground on all the stairs was very sticky. I almost lost my shoe twice and nearly tripped up the stairs once. The bathrooms near where we were sitting were disgusting. A toilet overflowed and instead of cleaning it up, they just put up caution tap o the stall but did not clean up the water all over the floor. read more

I bought tickets for a show here and then saw the next day that my seats would have been $60 cheaper, so I emailed customer service requesting a refund of the difference. The employee, Chris Klette tried to over-eagerly answer my email telling me it is policy that their prices will change and that there is nothing I could do about that. If you would like to support a venue that overcharges its customers so significantly, and then has no problem changing their prices on you, go ahead. My family, friends and I will be protesting by not attending any further events at this venue. read more

Cyclones game, Good! ... Arena, not so much! First, that "size of a hand" bag restriction has really got to go. Our car was probably a mile away and I had to run back with my wife's normal size purse because of this pointless rule. I saw several other guys doing the same. And if they are going to have such a pointless rule, at least display a warning when tickets are purchased! Next was this silliness that they have an usher standing at the stop of each lower section with a Stop sign, preventing anyone from going to their seat while the "puck is in play" because you might get hit. You might also get hit when in your seat or, heaven forbid, when you're in that very same aisle facing away from the puck while walking up away from your seat towards concessions. As an extra bonus, those of us in the front few rows of the upper section got to miss half the game because there was almost always a half dozen people or so waiting for the next chance to get back to their seats with concessions. Let my people go!!! Next, would it hurt to clean the floors now and then? Its like they sprayed them down with cotton candy. The guy behind me said he fell because his foot didn't move when he tried to walk. Lastly, concession lines were nuts but I assume the excuse is under-staffed... though there sure where plenty of ushers to impede traffic. The Cyclones game was great so I'd recommend, just take the above cautions into account for the arena. read more

Oh man, this venue is awful. Seats are pretty snug with minimal leg room. Floor & arm rests are sticky, & our arm rests fell off! No cup holders, so you will have to put your drinks on the sticky door under your seat. The overall mood of this place is old and dirty. Concessions are worse than normal - no variety and steep prices. We were in the 200 section and the sound quality was AWFUL! All 3 acts sounded gargled, you couldn't make out the words - it just sounded like noise. There was weird reverb too. I waited to see this band for 18 years and I can't believe it was wasted on this place. This is also not a particularly accessible location. If you struggle with stairs, it's probably a skip for you. The 2 elevators we went by weren't operational. Parking in this area is a nightmare - you will either be walking to the venue a long time or paying for overpriced garage parking. Even picking a garage 0.5-1.0 miles away still costs $15 at least. read more

Visited here over many occasions in the past 15 years. We used to come as little kids to see the Monster Truck rallies. Since then it's been mostly hockey games and concerts. Most recently, Yelp gifted us Cirque du Soleil tickets (its neat to be Elite!) for the Corteo arena show. If you ever get a chance to see this show, please do so! I love how the arena is split into two sides. The talent is amazing and it is very entertaining! As far as US Bank arena goes, it needs a good updating. I do like the old school arena feel but it could use some modern touches. There is plenty of concession stands and a newer spirits stand. Prices are high but normal for this type of venue. Plenty of parking nearby, typically $20 for the East Garage but you can also find parking a short walk away from $5-10. read more

Security was extremely rude and uninformed about new policies regarding allowable purse sizes. No explanation behind the policy, which was apparently "official" yet was posted on a piece of paper on the door with duct tape with no mention of it on the tickets or on Ticketmaster about the venue. They made my wife return to the car. Then when she came back with just her wallet, they made her empty everything out of it and still wouldn't allow it because it was bigger than the tiny envelope example. They tried to intimidate her by calling over more security and ultimately, after already missing the first 15mins of the show, made her leave it on the floor at the door. On top of that, the box office changed our tix without notifying us, which caused even more confusion when I tried to meet up with my family after returning back from the car. So frustrating. No accommodation, no compassion, no alternate options or education. Poor performance all around. read more

This facility is horribly dated. The one star is for the condition of the facility and would mean that it ranks in the bottom 20% of facilities in the U.S. When you sit in the chairs, you are almost sitting too close to the floor your knees are in your chest making for a very uncomfortable experience. Next, this facility has the most restrictive purse policy so that my wife's purse was 2 inches too big. This is laughable, as she has used the same purse at all venues including the Reds, The Aronoff Center, and facilities throughout the U.S. that all rank higher than one star. With the competition that this facility now has on both sides of the river, the only thing they have going for them are the Cyclones. We will choose to patronize those facilities read more

I really like U.S. Bank Arena! I've been to numerous concerts here, and I've always had a great time. They make sure to have plenty of beverage stations open, and there are lots of bathrooms, so it's easy to get everything you need before the show, or quickly during. The seating is comfortable, and the staff I've interacted with have always been helpful and pleasant. Especially the bar staff! They're always great! If you're looking at a show at U.S. Bank Arena, I think it's a fine place to see one. read more

I was here last night for the Eric Church show and we got there at doors, 6 pm and left at 11 (apparently an hour prior to show close from what I read). We were in aisle seats in the mid upper deck.The first thing we noticed was how sticky the floor was. The second was that, aside from the rows being very close together, was there are no cup holders. No space, I guess. I saw two people fall on their butts while descending the steps during the show. They could have cracked their tailbones. I'm pretty sure I don't want to come back for another show. The sound was somewhat muddy. The restroom and beer lines were pretty bad during the second half of the show. If a zero was possible... Just know that if you go to a concert or event at US Bank Arena you WILL spend half of your show in line. You'll be in line for beer, you'll be in line for pizza, and both of those will send you to the bathroom line. After visiting other arenas, this is unacceptable. This is embarrassing, honestly. Arm rests are missing from the chairs. The seats are stained. Floors are consistently slippery, causing numerous falls. There is about half of the necessary staff needed to run an event. God forbid there was an emergency here! We may have a case of The Who 1979 all over again (Google it, if you don't know). The people of Cincinnati deserve better. If this is to be treated as major city, we need to present ourselves as such. US Bank Arena needs to, basically, be torn down and rebuilt. Ps.
