We all have to go to a dentist but you may as well make it a dentist you are comfortable with... I have been living in Edmonton for over 15 years and have still been travelling back to GP to visit my dentist until now... I think that speaks volumes. I needed to find a dentist I was comfortable with; my kids were comfortable with and that I didn't feel like I was being ripped of by seeing as there are no dental fee guidelines in Alberta yet (they are working on it). I have definitely found that here at the Heritage Dental Centre. They treated us well and I felt welcomed which is what I was looking for in a dental office - not just a patient; not just a number but someone they cared about after all they are looking after my health and well being. The hygienist took care of us and the dentist made sound suggestions for care - whether that was a filling for one child or waiting to see what happens with the other. My middle one needed wisdom teeth removed and he suggested a place to go and I had no hesitation about taking his suggestion has I was happy with his work. I will be coming back here for sure. Plenty of free parking but it was also close to the LRT for my oldest who needed to meet us here after university. Plus they took care of insurance and are open late for even more convenience. My dental clinic since I was just a wee tot, Heritage Dental Centre is your typical family centre. The hygienist does your x-rays and cleaning and then the dentist comes in to look at the X-rays and discuss any concerns. Nothing fancy here folks. I enjoy watching the tv that is mounted into the ceiling, pretty common practice at most dental offices, and I am pretty sure that these are the same televisions that they have had since they moved to this office about 15 years ago! There is definitely nothing high tech or cutting edge at this office. Laser whitening, ZOOM, veneers? You are not going to find that here. They do not touch any of the cosmetic stuff, just high quality traditional dentistry to be found in this office. For all you nighttime teeth grinders out there, they will make you an amazing mouth guard for bedtime! read more

This dental centre only want to make money, doesn't take care of clients' interest. They don't even check how much your insurance cover before all the check ups on you. And then they just go after your credit. We had fully insurance coverage, but they made us pay hundreds just for regular check up. That's ridiculous, so bad experience......... read more

Dr. Poz is without any doubt a fantastic dentist. My wife got a new crown, that In her own words, "makes [her] feel 5 years younger".
