I had a few questions which were responded to again via email. Bee Electric had a service person at my home early Wednesday morning. I could not have asked for quicker service and a more cordial technician. We discussed the problem in detail and after a bit of troubleshooting, the technician determined the problem immediately. It seem I had two defective GFI breakers that needed to be replaced which was done within an hour of arrival. The technician could not have been more professional and direct to the point. It is tough to be comfortable with looking for technical services when you are new to the area and do not have people you know to call upon for recommendations. We were in a life-threatening situation with someone on oxygen and no power. We had a main breaker switch break on our unit only after tripping several times during the day. After five hours, the electric company showed up only to tell us it wasn't their pole. It was our responsibility. It was Saturday night. The air conditioning had been off for hours and we were on a back up oxygen tank. We had the unfortunate situation where our electric company couldn't get out here for hours and when they did, there was nothing they could do for us. So late into the night we contacted RM electric and he came out right away and within the hour he had temporarily restored power to our essential needs and so then he could order the correct parts. He wouldn't leave until we had power. He understood how important this was to get our power back on. He even returned back on Sunday to make sure everything was continuing to run sufficiently and he was able to restore more of our power. Not only does he do great work, but he was very reasonably priced. He was so kind that he even offered a generator to us. You don't get that kind of service often these days.
