We live in New York and were not able to get to Maryland for three weeks due to severe weather conditions. All our calls and emails were promptly and professionally answered, which gave us time to get many things accomplished from home until we were able to travel to Maryland. We were told the founder of Adams Law Office, Suren Adams, is also the founder of Adams Realty and they would put us in touch with someone. Soon after, Suren Adams called us about the sale of the house. We asked her to meet us at the house during our visit so we could list the property with her. We had a good discussion, during which she recommended an excellent clean out company and made an appointment for them to meet us at the house to arrange for the clean out. She hired a contractor to make cosmetic renovations to prepare the house for sale. The house looked amazing! Even though we live in another state we had complete peace of mind and total trust and confidence in Suren's handling of the property.
