I interviewed another real estate agent, but felt like he was not really interested in what I needed and was looking only for a quick sale. Scott takes his time listening, applies his vast knowledge, and works fast getting to get you set. Scott knew I needed to move to the old Wurtsmith USAF base. Scott got me in to see some of the homes immediately. The first home was in good condition but the seller got greedy and would not negotiate on the price. Scott literally got me in to see a nearby home the next day which was in good shape. We got the seller to fix some minor issued due to a messy former tenant and I was closing within a week. Scott walked me through the closing process, made sure I was provided all the necessary forms (watching my back as a new home buyer) and got it done with no pressure or stress.
