I am deeply disappointed with my experience working with Heritage Kitchen and Cabinets in Morrisville NC. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a custom build. Having built two homes prior to this with amazing service, this project fell significantly short in every way. We spent close to $50,000 on our kitchen and had only one in-person meeting and three Zoom meetings. It took six months just to receive 2-D drawings. Despite being promised a custom kitchen, we discovered two years after installation that what we received were fixed cabinets, not custom. To add to our frustration, they recommended and installed small sinks in the kitchen, which we were unaware of until the final install. When we raised this issue, they pointed to the drawings we couldn't understand, dismissing our concerns as our problem. Additionally, we ordered handles for the kitchen only to find out weeks before installation that they did not have them in stock. We ended up ordering handles ourselves from Amazon. If you're looking for custom cabinetry with good service, Heritage Kitchen and Cabinets is definitely not the place I would recommend.
