My house was infested with fleas from the moment we moved in with NO animals and not once did they try to fix it! They "sprayed" to help with the fleas and bugs since it was becoming warm outside and made the problem a lot worse than it even was. When we started to move out the "manager" had my car towed off the property and then acted like she didn't know we were moving and I was 39 weeks pregnant. I would strongly advise NOT to live here. If you have kids they will tell you that your kids are too loud and that they aren't allowed to ride bikes, play outside, or basically be a normal kid. Wished someone would've told me about all this before I wasted my money and time!

No bugs, no mold, no disruptive neighbors. If anything goes wrong, you can submit a work order online or simply call office. They provide new air filters every month. They offer lots of amenities. They also host events for their residents which is good. You get to meet everyone. They even feed us pizza here and there. The outside ALWAYS look good. Grass is always cut, Trash is ALWAYS down (unless someone has moved or something). Concrete leading to apartments are cleaned and leaf blowed. The only con i can think of is parking. It can be troublesome to find a parking spot later in the day when everyone is home. Personally, I couldn't find a spot one night so i parked in handicap since it was the only thing available. Woke up to my car being towed . They provide the towing service and number on gate before entering. Additionally, the apartments have courtesy officers on the premises for additional security and emergency conditions. I've met them and their pretty cool. They also attend apartment events. Overall, these apartments are a 10/10. I forgot to mention location too, we're located near everything. Landers Center is 2 min away. Tanger Outlet is 5 min away.

Residents are not 100% protected from getting towed from the parking lot and no one is responsible for damaging your vehicle. Office staff are not able to be reached but when they contact you one time they act like you've been avoiding them for days. I've lived here for a year and a half and I can honestly say I don't feel welcomed as a resident and I'm ready to go.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. Upon moving here, I had absolutely no problems, however,…read moreas time progressed things begin to take a turn for the worst once the neighbors from building H moved to building J with two large dogs and two cats, along with three adults, two men, and a lady. The neighbors have been rude, inconsiderate, filthy, and allows their dogs to bark continuously (excessive barking) along with excessive noise from upstairs neighbors, stomping all day/night, dogs barking uncontrollably due to neglect. Several of complaints have been made, so much so the office asked me to refrain from emailing them, which is unacceptable; the neighbors continue to break the lease agreement, but management, Wendy & Kristie seems to think it's not a problem. Officers have been called on me ( by neighbors with false complaints several of times, playing victim) and I have also made several of complaints ( with actual facts and proof that were provided) with the courtesy officer (nonchalant and failed to report the many incidents that have occurred) so I then started to contact the Southaven Police Department; the office & officer stated that I'd need to handle it (on my own) with the illiterate neighbors which I've stated multiple of times that it's not a good idea. They have refused to properly address the issue which has led to such rukus; upon doing these things, it has caused so much chaos, so much so that I am now being asked to vacate the premises (remind you, I started making complaints first) due to the neighbors moving in at 12 AM, stomping, loud noises, barking animals, and more daily. Due to the neighbors & their four pets, the aroma of "funk" can be smelled in my home, along with the burning of food, cat/dog feces on the balcony (filthy) and more. This isn't the half of what has occurred ; with this being said, Wendy and Kristy appear to be racist, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent individuals. They are very argumentative and ignorant, lack of education. I was given the option to vacate the premises or move to another unit with increase of rent (absolutely no help and concern for me. The apartments are old and outdated but yet they continue to increase rent (only the new residents being that my next door neighbor has lived here for several of years and stated that her rent has not changed; however, she also mentioned that she feels they want her to vacate, so that they can increase the rent, exactly how is this fair to new renters? I am relieved to move from this apartment complex, actually a blessing in disguise. The best thing about living here is maintenance , RICK & TY are awesome, and they make the stay worth while. It appears that they are treated poorly as well, due to always seeing them working 6/7 days a week. The apartments & things in them are always needing to be fixed due to them neglecting the inside but spending an excessive amount of time working on the outside, so insane. I have tons of work orders as well, some completed and many were not but surely due to management rather than maintenance (they fix what's allowed, not their fault). WENDY IS HORRIBLE, she thinks she owns the complex, ignorant as can be; however, Kristie is tolerable but also a snake in the grass along with Wendy (Kristie is considered a peasant to Wendy, walking around doing the dirty work, while Wendy sits back, and monitor her. There is absolutely no privacy here, neighbors in passing are beyond nosey and especially the ones in building J , TERRIBLE (neighborhood watch, no peace at all). Dogs run wild, not on leashes, pee on others doors, etc. They allow the officers to get away with malicious behavior; GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY & THE NEIGHBORS, WENDY, & KRISTIE WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW, "WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES BACK AROUND!" I will kindly leave the premises, although I know I have a great case. BEWARE OF BUILDING J (nosey neighbors, police officer on third floor, along with the incompetent courtesy officer, in the unit behind me. Sometimes, it's best not to argue with ignorant individuals as GOD has some~thing greater planned for me; they have the day & life they deserve for~ever, no longer my problem nor concern, GOD BLESS THEM ALL, HE DOES NOT BLESS MESS, EVER!

Savannah Creek is phenomenal! It has been a joy living here and I can imagine I will be here for a…read morelong time. The staff are very attentive and helpful and any issues, minor or major, were taken seriously and handled quickly. I cannot complement this place more. It is quiet and cozy yet still close to town. It's perfect (i climb three flights of stairs everyday and I stilll don't have a single complaint)
