This company is horrible, customer service is a joke, the people talk to to as if you where some kind of idiot. The yearly inspection that they charge you for once ayear is a scam. I was fixing dinner and ran out of propane one night and for emergency purpose only I hooked up my small tank so I could finish dinner,the next day I had planned on reordering after work. Before I was able to call one of their so callled service guy's drove by and decided to take my regulator and caped off my line. You have to ask yourself what kind of a person would do such a thing. I called to complain but as always nobody cared, so I cancelled my service. Glad I did,come to find out by going to lowes and buying a tank and conections I will save a bundle this year on heating.
