We keep turning to Matt and his crews because they NEVER disappoint! Individually, and collectively, they are true professionals, who take pride in their work. They leave a clean work area (every single day), and are friendly, while being 100% respectful. Plus, their pricing is fair and honest. They've replaced/upgraded all 28 windows in our 1960's beach house, including an absolutely gorgeous patio door. They put on a new screened-in front porch...that is, seriously, the envy of the neighborhood. And, just today, they finished expanding our back two-level deck. They re-built/upgraded our two outside showers. And, replaced the decking and outside utility sink work area. Along the way, they discovered a rotten foundation board that went underneath the middle of the house, going from the back to the front. Replaced that, without batting an eye. I invested SEVERAL HOURS over the course of the next 24 hours emailing her details about my home, as well as sending her 22 recent professional photos of the home so that her company can save the expense of hiring another photographer. Her email from about 1 p.m. on Dec. 17 stated, "I'm almost finished with your CMA. Will send over as soon as it's complete." By Monday, Dec. 21, 4 days later, I had not heard from Amy, so I had to send her an email asking her what's going on. A few hours later she replied, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not going to be able to assist you." WHAT? Why did I have to prompt her with an email in order for her to tell me this??? Why couldn't she have told me about the "unforeseen circumstances" when it occurred, instead of me being given the silent treatment for 4 days? This is unacceptable. Customer service, therefore is very poor. Not communicating with your customers in a timely manner is appalling.
