Great service, even though I had a non-towing problem. I was moving a car I am restoring into storage and I of course got the one storage unit with a little hill and lip in front of it. The car is very light, but I couldn't push it the last few feet alone. My car broke down on the freeway and I had to wait on the shoulder from 1am until 4am. Statefarm was taking their time finding service providers and some of the first service providers they had called did not even show up. In the end StateFarm called the Hermosillo's and they came immediately within 20 minutes. This review is about 8 weeks late, sorry! On Oct 1st my wife broke down on the on-ramp to the 91 near Mckinley. Turned out to be a electrical issue. I wanted to get her off the freeway ASAP and I found Hermosillo Towing and saw they were close. I give them a call and they had someone out to get her within 15 min, HUGE RELIEF. Last night after work my car wouldn't start and my insurance company had issues finding a company to tow my car. After an hour they finally found one and I was given an eta of 90 minutes...well by this time it was almost 2 am and still no driver. My insurance company called the driver and he never answered. At that point is was super late and I was living a literal nightmare. My insurance company found Hermosillo and sent them. They arrived from Norco to my job in Irvine l. From the moment I spoke to the kind dispatcher to the arrival of the owner and his son they treated me like gold! They took such great care with my car, the tow truck was beautiful, and they are good people. They picked me up around 3:40 am, they took me home, and then dropped my car at the shop.
