If anyone is thinking about getting a sunroom, we do NOT recommend Patriot Sunrooms LLC. Very half…read moreassed job done. Where they cut out the siding, they didn't clean that up real well and now it looks like crap. I had to ask for them to not leave gaping holes in the siding leaving the wall open to the elements, and to cap off the gutter that they cut off. And the job they did "fixing" that wasn't great, they missed spots, and the gutter cap leaks. The sunroom is deck level so they built an elevated base for it. There's gaps between the support posts and the base that make me wonder about the structural integrity of the room. The underside is covered in plywood which was originally left completely bare. I had to ask to have them come back and cover it, which ended up just being white paint. And there was a big gap along one side where we could see up inside the floor. I finally had to give up and fill that with spray foam myself (same with parts of my exterior wall). They left exposed rebar sticking out of the cement work that I had to cut off with my dremel after it popped my snowblower tire. They also left large piles of dirt in my yard instead of sticking in under the sunroom like they said they would. The sunroom itself regularly makes large clunking noises for unknown reasons. I'm pretty sure not all the trim was put in around the top. I had to seal up numerous gaps along the walls where they join the house because you could see right through to the outside. They were supposed to install a 220 volt outlet for future heat/AC installation and didn't. The sliding glass door is hard to open and makes horrible sounds while sliding. And the worst part is that it's supposed to be a 4 season sunroom but you can feel air movement on a windy day and the curtains visibly move. ‍ Definitely not feeling like we got our money's worth on this one.

Screen mobile showed up exactly on time, very friendly, very professional. They were able to repair the sliding screen doors despite the fact that the frame could not be removed from the frame.
