After not receiving an email with the menu after one day, I called and left her a voicemail just to ensure that it was sent. In spite of that, I didn't get a phone call back. Then, I waited until later in the week to follow up via email. The person even ignored my email. The fact that I was ignored is really disheartening because I wanted to celebrate my upcoming milestone birthday there. I've reached out to them years ago, and whoever helped me was so accommodating. I even went up there to tour the place. I don't understand what happened this time.

The atmosphere, the view from the top floor of the Crescent Center, the staff and the food all make for a perfect dining experience. Tonight we had: coconut shrimp, filet mignon, tilapia with artichokes and crab meat, chocolate molten bundt cake and chocolate pecan pie. I LOVE food! Wonderful food gives me a euphoric feeling and definitely gave me that feeling tonight. The Crescent Club is a private club but with membership gives access to restaurants and golf courses across the United States; as well as, a few overseas locations.

The driving range was busy and every spot was full. The lawn and courses (there are two) looked well maintained. The staff inside were very friendly! The prices were decent, considering the member discount. I think a Michelob Ultra was $3.30. I ordered frozen margarita and it was very strong. They have made some improvements and renovations lately to the overall appearance of the lobby area and it's welcoming and refreshing.

The grounds and golf course look exquisitely well kept. I have been here several times for lunch and dinner. The food is very good. Everything that I have had has been really exceptional. I especially like their soups. The white bean chicken chili is some of the best I have ever had. I had a blackened grouper dish once that would rival any restaurant in the city of Memphis. Burgers are all a solid choice too. The club itself is really nice, especially for being as old as it is. It is very well maintained and has some very nice features throughout. Chickasaw was founded in 1922, 100 years ago last year. I am sure it's had several renovations over the years to keep it looking so fresh. If I were to join a CC in Memphis, this would be the one! The last time I was there a MOUSE literally fell from the ceiling and in to the blouse of the woman eating at the table. No one seemed to be concerned but where there is one there is a ton. The desserts are also terrible. It tastes like "what can we get away with, bare minimum to provide a meal." I cannot believe this is the quality of food they prepare for paying guests of the club.
