In 2013, I had to drive from Maryland a week after major abdominal surgery to sign papers only to have nothing done. In May of this year, we were told that it would be taken care of in 2-3 weeks. We have left numerous messages and sent emails and no one will even acknowledge us. We have had an appraiser and realtor/broker who submitted paperwork he requested 3 times.
