I had came here due to joining in on survey they were conducting which consisted of picking up a product and taking it home to try and complete a survey on it. This place was easy to find and the employees were very friendly. They had greeted me and explained what all I had to do and that I would receive payment for completing the survey. The process was very quick. The inside of the facility was welcoming and had a simple decor. Alot of wasted time sending emails and calling, but the only responses i ever got were the automated responses. I experienced my 3rd or 4th taste test last week. I tasted Domino's pizza with ham as a topping. They had things arranged a bit differently since my last study due to Covid. I believe there were fewer participants. I felt very safe being there and participating during these trying times of Covid. In the past, I recall testing three different slices of pizza on and this time it was two. Each time I've participated I've enjoyed the entire process. They are very courteous and very well organized. The amount of pay has decreased over the years; this time and the two prior times it's been $65 in the form of a gift card. You fill out a relatively simple survey, if you meet the qualifications, you come in, share your thoughts, and you get paid. Herron is very good about making sure their focus group participants are well informed and taken care of. After you've completed their online profile, you'll receive notifications via email about new surveys coming up. You simply fill out the form, and if you're qualified, they'll contact you to confirm a time (that works with your schedule on your profile), confirm a time or two to make sure you don't forget, then welcome you with a smile upon arriving. This company is a joke. They say you can get paid for participating in projects by taking their questionnaires. I've been a "panelist" for over 4 years and have taken the time to fill out numerous pre-qualification questionnaires, and at the end of every one it's the same result. "Sorry but you don't qualify for this project". What a nice scam they have going - the questionnaires are the project. They hope you keep doing them so they get what information they need without ever having to pay you a penny. read more
