A great family feel martial arts school, none of that chest puffin, testosterone aggressive melarky here, just good people who want to train and help others learn. Nothing less that I expect from a school that says 'Train hard, train safe & HAVE FUN!'.
The school offers a wide range of martial arts. From what I know, they offer Muay Thai (Think Ong Bak, but with no elephants), Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's martial art philosophy), Filipino Martial Arts (Using stick, knives, and even a news paper... I will never look at the evening standard the same ever again), Brazilian Ju Jitsu (arm bars may sound like an afternoon snack, but guess again), and these are just to name a few. check out the site for more info.
The actual establishment is well tucked away, so may take a while to find if you haven't google mapped it before hand. Inside is not the biggest of rooms, but can fit a modestly large amount of people. The school is run by a down to earth instructor, who is very knowledgeable and knows how to teach and keep students engaged.
I went with some friends as one of my friends already trained there. It was a great session. Only problem for me was getting there took a good 2 hours and a bit. Travelling all the way from south london to hertforshire is a long way. However, if you are in east or north london travelling should be ok. read more
