Wir sind vor vielen Jahren schon einmal mit der Berliner Firma Hertling umgezogen und waren so begeistert dass wir jetzt wieder mit der Fa.Hertling umgezogen sind. Es lief wieder alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, von der Vorbesprechung, Lieferung der Packmaterialien bis hin zum Umzugstag lief alles reibungslos und wir wurden gut beraten. Die freundlichen und professionellen Mitarbeiter waren pünktlich, gutgelaunt und verpackten unsere großen und zerbrechlichen Bilder, Lampen, Spiegel und Glasvitrinen fachmännisch, alles kam unversehrt an. Unsere großen Schränke wurden zerlegt und in der neuen Wohnung wiederaufgebaut, die Waschmaschine wurde angeschlossen, die riesige Palme wurde eingewickelt und kam heil an...einfach großartig. Hertling Team erschien pünktlich vor der Zeit und führte die verpackungs- und Transport Arbeiten schnell und professionell durch. Das Team war freundlich und motiviert bei der Arbeit. Am Zielort (4 Stock) stellten wir fest das die Treppe zu eng und der Fahrstuhl zu klein war um den Hauptanteil der Möbel in die Wohnung zu bringen. Unburokratisch und schnell (25 Minuten) wurde ein fahrbahrer Krahn herbeigeschafft mit dem das Umzugsgut über den Balkon in die Wohnung plaziert wurde. Es ist das dritte mal das ich mit Hertling umziehe und kann diese Firma vollstens empfehlen ! read more

Wir sind im November 2023 mit Hertling als Firma umgezogen. Wir hatten zwei Standorte und sind an einem zusammengezogen. Die Koordination zwischen den beiden Standorten hat hervorragend geklappt. Verkäufer unaufmerksam, gelangweilt, zeigt wenig Innteresse und ist nicht erreichbar. Offensichtlich zu kleiner Auftrag. Personal beim Umzug unqualifiziert, machen ehr ein Streßumzug, als Freude umzuziehen draus. Möbel werden schlecht wieder aufgebaut und kommen zerkratz an. Die Schuld wird umgekehrt. Never again!!! This was our 3rd international move. Unfortunately we chose Hertling for our move from Berlin back to San Francisco. Their surveyor was a really nice man, but that's where the positive side of this company ended. Their boxes are German engineered, for using less tape, but basically open in the bottom, on the sides and on the top. Really??? All the dust, dirt ended up in the boxes. The packing was done by German heavy smokers and all of our stuff got stinky... The way of handling our furniture in the rain was horrible, too, our tempur pedic got rained on!!! They were understaffed. They just shoved our stuff into the boxes, even the photos with frames!!! without any bubble wraps around them! The bubble wrap was put on the side ... Then the unpacking got delayed and the people could NOT put together the furniture properly as it was in our contract. They did NOT have power tools, they asked my husband to supply it for them. Ridiculous!!! Many cupboard got damaged, got warped, so we cannot close the doors any more. Next time we will do Allied again. No more German moving company. A nightmare. read more

My experience with moving includes both German and American companies with numerous international and domestic moves. Hertling's performance was at the top of all these companies from the initial contact, inventory and cost calculation to a truly stress-free moving day. All employees were polite, helpful and flexible. There were carpenters available to take care of moving the built-in kitchen and other experienced people to detach and hook up the washer and dishwasher. When they left, even my curtains and paintings were hung and I was ready to settle into my new place. Not a scratch on any surface or object! I would have no hesitation highly recommending Hertling to anyone considering a move within Germany or overseas. read more
