    First my car was dirty picking it up and my tank was almost on E, but besides that. Called Hertz last Thursday morning to tell them my check engine light is on and the guy says ok, I said I don't want to drive this car and something happens and he proceeds to say it's ok you can drive it, and we don't have any cars left anyways. If anything else happens call us next week to see if there is another car to swap. Well Saturday night came and the car cut off on me 2x's. Sunday I try to start the car and it won't start! Customer service there is terrible and I'm paying for this crap! This is unacceptable!

    At the end of July I rented a minivan I was handed a van that was full of sand and completely dirty

    Asked me to wait a couple minutes for the car, turned to over an hour and still no car. Pointless to make a reservation here

    Can't even find the place. Much less rent/return a car. Don't have a sign anywhere. Can't find the office. Ridiculous.

Upon arrival, we directly went inside the store and showed our booking confirmation. Upon confirming our reservation and checking the required documents, we were presented with a 7 Seater SUV which was good for our family seeing the members as well as good leg space and luggage area. The car was good, tidy, and perfect for our journey. We were impressed with Enterprise's service. We also got an email notification from Enterprise regarding customer service after drop-off. The drawback is not too much space available for parking for the customer at pick-up.

Not too much of customers parking space for customers drop off or pickup. Not an easy access from main road. Thing to Improve Don't call for how the car satisfaction after rental. Text message or email instead call for confirmation of day pick up.

    The worst experience EVER…read more Rental Confirmation # 2117180308 for a full size SUV to be picked up today at 10:30 at the Wesley Chapel location I arrive at 10:30am - one male ahead of me waiting for an SUV he had reserved - we were both told they did not have any and they are talking to other stores to see who has some - no one did. They even tried the airport (which I was told would be a higher rate than my reservation if they did have SUVs available). The local store said they did not have my phone number on file so they didn't call to tell me. (I had filled it out online) While I was waiting for the office staff to find cars I went online and was able to make a reservation for a full side SUV at the Hudson, FL location (I did get a text shortly after saying they did not have the vehicle which shows that they probably did have my phone number to begin with at Wesley chapel) but why was the reservation allowed to be made?? Does Enterprise not care that they ruin their customers vacation plans by not meeting the reservations they allow to be booked?!!!!! I left Wesley chapel and called Enterprise Corporate 1-855-266-9565 I spoke to a total of 6 people over a 6 hr period. Not once did someone call me back as all of the corporate phone center people advised. 10:55am - Patrick- never filed report for fleet manager - said someone will call me in an hour 11:49am - Jade- filing no car available form because Patrick never did- also advised someone will call me in an hour 1:03 pm - Glenn- I was told again I would be contacted by someone and I needed to "keep my line open" because Someone is looking - and they will call me in 1-2 hours (still a mystery who this someone is that would be calling me) 4:26pm - I called Ellie at corporate (no one had called me back from the 3 previous calls) She told me she doesn't handle these type of cases- she is going to escalate to someone else 4:36 - transferred to Cesar (ASSHOLE) - his recommendation is to wait for management team (local team) and that nothing will change if we continue to speak- he will explain to me again that I have to wait for someone to call me back and then he is going to disconnect the call Summation of my experience with Enterprise today: Because it's just a "reservation" there is nothing to do on their end and they could care less that they did not fulfill the reservation I made and they accepted. Disgusted!!! Can't even rate them 1 star but this platform requires it

Tampa has shifted all rental cars to a separate facility that you reach by shuttle train. The ride takes about five minutes, it runs smoothly, and in the handful of times I have used it, I have never had a delay or a hiccup. It is an easy, predictable part of the arrival routine. National is simple to find, and as an Emerald Aisle member, I still get to bypass the counter and head straight to the garage. I used to be Executive, but I am regular Emerald now, which means choosing from a slightly lower tier. That was not a problem today. For this visit, I specifically wanted a minivan and had my pick of at least a dozen, walking right past a row of SUVs and sedans to get the most boring and generic one with a Florida tag. Exiting the facility and heading to downtown was just as smooth. A friendly agent checked my ID, waved me through, and I was on the road within moments. The van itself was spotless, had fewer than 2000 miles, and ran without a single issue for the entire week. Returning the car was equally straightforward. The signage is clear, the lanes are well marked, and the whole process moves quickly. I had the email with my final receipt before I even stepped back onto the train to the terminal. Ashley Hinds( so-called assistant manager) is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and lair. Made a reservation for a compact Nissan for 3 days at $27+, it was confirmed by an email, confirmation number, and I even called this branch and confirmed with Harrison day before pick-up. On the day of pick up, Ashley Hinds look up my reservation and mysteriously my compact Nissan turns into an F-150 XLT pickup reservation. I told her, no I have a Nissan. I provided her confirmation and email. She said that's wrong and we don't have that reservation for a Nissan . That I was wrong. I try to show her the email and provided the confirmation number, she wasn't having it. Putting me in a bad position I say I'll take the F-150he price that was promised to me for the Nissan. She instantly became defenses said no I can't do that. I said that we have a problem I have a reservation and a confirmation for a set price and now you're trying to triple my quote. Ashley kept on saying you're wrong you modified it. I said let me talk to your branch manager, and she was in charge of the branch. (More lies) This is the point were the stand still came into play. Where she claims that she was scare and uncomfortable renting to me at this point and threatened to call the police. I told her, go ahead and waited patiently for Pasco County sheriff's office to arrive. This is the point when her other black co-worker got invovled, also rude unprofessional. Ask "what are you still doing here"? I said I'm waiting for the police.Yes, the lying incompetent Ashley Hinds called the police. 30mins + later the police showed up and heard both sides. I provided the officer with my email stating the price and Nissan, not F150. They looked at the email and instantly knew something was wrong. 10 mins later after the police arrived, magically Ashley found the Nissan reservation. Probly the point of back peddling for Ashley, because of my email. This is They offered the F150 for the quoted price. Which I asked in the very beginning. So it takes police involvement, 3 wasted hours to fix this solution. All Ashley Hinds had to do was read the email. But caught in a lie and try to up sell me and she was too cowardly to apologize. I guess she wasn't scared to rent the vehicle after all. Holly the only polite professional person took over and completed the reservation. So my advice is to stay far away from this branch, Ashley Hinds and the other black female co-worker (didn't get her name and I don't care to know either). You will waste your time, have the police called on you, and have your reservation either canceled or an upgraded vehicle at triple the price. Ashley Hinds gives females a bad name. Plays that card when someone points out a mistake. Instantly claim she scared, I'm not honoring that "you're wrong and I'm calling the police. If you want to see the email confirmation for the Nissan and the police information of the officer involved free so free to contact me.
