I simply felt so much better after the one hour session I received for $59 (a special price if you attend before midday). The female masseuse was well skilled and when I acknowledged that I like a firm massage, she delivered throughout the session. A very professional business which I have no hesitation in recommending. The Thai lady that does the massaging at Adelaide Thai Massage did a fantastic job. She went way above and beyond my expectations in her abilities as a massage therapist - she is also a lovely and friendly lady. I requested the Thai Oil Massage - and she took the time to inquire about my needs before giving a truly excellent massage. Her strength is deceptive while applying her knowledge to stretch and sooth my aching muscles. I have only had a massage here once but I wouldn't go back from that experience. It is the only Chinese massage shop where I had to ask 3 times for the person to massage harder and even then I didn't feel any discernible difference. I have been told by some people that they have had a good massage here but knowing there are better massage shops I am not game to return just in case I get the guy who didn't know what he was doing again.

I mainly get sport (martial arts) related injuries like pulled muscles in the legs, arms and back. He is really skilled at finding the problem and massaging it out. He also helps me with giving me stretches and exercises to prevent them in the future. I always feel like I'm moving forward with his help. Old injuries go away and it helps me push myself to the next level in my training. New injuries appear and they are dealt with quickly. I'd never consider going to a physio again. He has the perfect mix of hands-on therapy and self-care advice.
