Over the last five months it became clear that that trust has been misplaced. I bring my cars and family's cars in for repair very often. Any squeak gets repaired in short order. During this time I have seen no other mechanic. Back in March 2017 my front left tire fell off while driving only 25 mph - no accident, nothing. I read the owner and mechanics the riot act as I am not a mechanic and would not be able to self inspect ball joints or tie rods and place my safety in the hands of mechanics that I thought were competent. Repairs were made and concerns well communicated with all involved. Three months later, ANOTHER wheel falls off! Again, no accident, nothing. Simply driving down a quiet residential street out east. Not even a pot hole involved. I placed my last call to the Shell station to let them know that I would never again place my family's safety in their hands. And given their lack of thorough inspection, care and quality of work, neither should you.

Mike and Rick always ALWAYS repaired and or maintained the car with amazing quality service. They are honest and provided one of the top notch quality service and very very reasonably priced for the quality work that they do. I wish they will move down to Texas. I was towed back to that shop and 2 days later when I went to pick up the auto I was charged an additional 337.86 for lugs and studs..I also had to buy a new rim from a tire shop for 108.00.Afterward the tire could not tightened all the lugs because they were used and damaged. I WENT TO A Parts shop showed some of the lugs and got new ones and put them on myself.I only moved here 4 months ago and thought this was a reliable shop My Mistake.

I got a yearly service plan with these guys and it started off great. They came out and filled my…read moretank monthly and I figured everything would be cool. I was wrong. WAY wrong. I work from home and am usually here at all times, so I lock my gates to my yard. One day in January when I was not home, they came out to fill my tank and could not because the gate was locked. They had called me one time to reschedule and I told them we could skip that month. Well, now its April and I am out of oil. I called to see why they hadn't come and they told me they cancelled my contract in January! I asked why and they said they could not get in and could not get ahold of me so they cancelled it! Of course, they kept my entire years worth of the contract charge and will not give a refund, nor did they contact me by phone, mail or email to let me know. I made sure they had the correct number for me, and because my number is a cell-phone, I was able to track all the incoming calls and I did not see 1 additional call from them other than the one they made in Jan. I told the VERY rude manager this and that they had no right to cancel my contract. At this time, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that I must have gotten my tank filled up by somebody else. I was irate. I tried to calm down and just get the problem fixed and fuel added but he told me I would be liable for any service charges related to the fuel being out. I told him to just come out and fix it, and that we would deal with the charges later, then he told me that we have no business together and I should find another company. then he hung up on me. I am going to take them to small claims court (it's much easier than you think) and I hope this review discourages others from doing business with this shady company.

Count on Fuel has been amazing since we moved out here. The customer service has been great, and their prices are very competitive as they have the lowest rate per gallon that I have seen. I don't understand the negative review left before, but that has not been our experience with this company at all!
