They don't readily supply information or responses. AOI refuses to accept that to rebuild "LIke & Kind" (their words) will cost more than they want to spend. I am even willing to use the contractor they reached out to rather than ours (who built it originally). They do not work well or play well with others. Definitely do not use them as my wife and I have experienced their insensitive, unwillingness to supply and uphold their end of the contract and provide the insurance we have paid for.

Health Insurance - they talked me out of continuing to do an HSA (for tax benefit reasons) - only to find out at yearend that their product wasn't deductible for S-corp (cost me thousands). LTD - wrote our policy with the 2nd worst Insurer - 2 years later that insurer denied our employee's LTD claim (employee had 4 different debilitating diagnosis - Insurance Dr said it was all in her head & denied the appeal). I switched to another Broker for Health and dropped LTD altogether. Finally, in Oct. 2025 I switched to another Broker for Business Liability, but instead of signing off on the broker-of-record change, North Risk submitted form to 'CANCEL' the policy!! They no longer respond to my emails, so my new Broker had to scramble to prevent a lapse in policy. Avoid working with Bernie Mackell and Jackie Olson at North Risk Partners.
